I'm having a strain/cramp type of feeling just below my left shoulder blade on my back when I'm back squatting.....not sure if it's the way I'm holding but anyone else had this problem before?? If so how did you fix it?
Never happened to me before but for the last 3 weeks it's been a huge problem after my 5th or so rep in most my sets

IT'S the last thing you'd expect after a nice meal out - for your feelings to get hurt instead of just your wallet.
But that's what happened to three US women on Friday when they were handed a receipt with the words "fat girls" written across the top, the Daily Mail reported.
Christine Duran, Christina Huerta and Isabel Robles, who were dining at the Cameo Club Casino restaurant in Stockton, California, thought it was a joke at first.
"I got the bill, and I was like, why does the receipt say, ‘fat girls?'," Duran told News 10.
"I was laughing at her, and she was like, ‘I'm serious'. I'm like, ‘No, it does not say fat girls, let me see it'," Huerta said.
"I still can't believe that somebody would put that on a receipt."

Nah perfectly fine when im coughing/sneezing. It only comes when im squating. It might be with the way im holding the bar or something but this whole time i've been holding it the same way and I've had no problems until about 2-3 weeks ago. Maybe i need to widen my grip??

Sup errbody, had a sickening shoulders workout tonight. Heavy standing military press, seated dumbell press and lateral raises. Also did some high rep front squats early this morning, it's been a good day. How has everyone elses monday been?

Do any of you kunts know much about buying currency etc?
Planning on going on holidays to the US next year, exchange rate is at 1AUD = 1.04USD right now, was thinking of buying like $1000-1500 worth. Wise investment, or..?* ʍǝɹɔ ǝıssnɐ *

Yep, definitely going to try widen the grip and see how it goes next time
It's not really a tingle, it's like a cramp but it's not a cramp if you know what i mean. I probably do need to warm it up, what warm up exercises should I do?
Hnnngg-worthy indeed
I dont think it's my trap, just below it though
