It would'v been wise to end things in person before I left, but we were on great terms...no reason to end other than distance. And I didn't want to end it 'til now 'cos she was in the middle of exams, then prize-giving, etc so I didn't want to cause any more chitstorm on top of my leaving.
Anyway, I know this is for the best. I've got my family and friends (and you guys, too) so I'll be sweet. It's the holiday season, so need to keep my chin up, lift big, and eat big
Thanks again for all the kind words. Merry Christmas Eve, bros

And to Gin, tbh you were the bigger man in this relationsship, because you handed it all very well and even waited for her personal life to get easier before Breaking up, kudos..

I get that there Christmas twice a year mum's family on the dec 25th (catholic) dad's family on jan 7th (orthodox). Easter usually comes twice a year as well but it lands on the same day every few years. Than that der Ramadan for my muslim friends. We also picked up the US holidays (American European) so Independence day and Thanksgiving is on full blast. Trying to keep it lean and mean the rest of the year.

Dude seems like you made a solid decision. Being in a relationship when you don't see each other is awful. The only way LDR's actually work is if there is an end goal in sight. Like you going back to NZ or her coming to the US after uni. Seems like you made a solid choice. It sucks, but part of being a man is making decisions like that. I would give it some time and reach out to her though since it is not like you broke up because you fight or she cheated. Maybe she will become a close friend and who knows maybe one day she will move to the states and you guys can get back. Always keep those doors of communication available.
But again give her some time.

lean bulker checking in, still see a vein in my serratus and all the striations in the transverse abs below the serratus. Am I doing it right? this is my first "super clean" bulk since i have a cruise in jan that im staying lean for. also doing IF. strength is comming along nicely too, not as good as a normal bulk, but im very happy so far and not super hungry.

Need to start eating more, I keep floating 186-188 and then dropping back down, time to move my set point up a bitfollow me on IG @ampUP11

24 hour slow roasted rib (+ 10 year old red wine). Not pictured: Goose fat roasted potatoes & parsnips, bacon and pecan nut sprouts, Christmas cake, cheese, mince pies and many, many bottles of beer.
Won't be logging on MFP today, needless to say.

The amount of carbs I've eaten today should go down in history books, feels bad man. Grandparents want to take me to this excellent hot dog place tomorrow, feels even worse
