Thanks guys. Everything is feeling pretty good. Next time if all goes well it may be 395 or 400 TnG. We'll see. I'm not trying to rush things and stall. This method works best for me and builds real strength, not "peaked" strength.
Here is the 390 TnG. Think its funny I said "yeah bitch" so nonchalantly.

lol thanks brah
But you are 15 and already lifting. By my age you will have had over a decade of lifting under your belt. That's pretty ****ing sweet man. You will be an animal if you stick with it. I don't have the best genetics at all. I just want it that much more than most people. Whoever wants it the most gets it.Journal: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=139898123&page=240

365x3
405x1
455x1

- Gonna be doing more rep work for deads. If it works for my squats/bench it should work for deads. Lookin for 600 very soon. Felt like I had about my PR today anyways. My abs where already sore from the wheel the other day. And I really didn't need to do anything else since I already have. Would have done some hammie curls if I had the machine. Looking to get some sort of back extension setup soon for my gym. Could have done a little more work but that was enough. Gonna be adding more sets of 10 every session.

Its amazing how such light weight with volume and not to failure can help with strength and size. Remember though you must have some low reps (singles) in there w/ 90% or 1rm or above on another day to achieve maximum gainzzzzz
Its not which rep ranges are best to use. Its use both low and high reps. If you don't then you're selling yourself short.
Thanks for reading.Last edited by dopamine72; 04-05-2014 at 10:12 AM.

Thanks you two ^
I'm still here and lurking around but not spending as much time on the comp as usual. Been getting out a lot and doing a helluva lotta hiking and mountain biking. Lifting every other day as usual and sometimes back to back days. Slightly injured my rib area similar to J but not that bad. Feels like an arrow is going through my right middle side. Still deadlifted 5 plates tho. Nothing heavier because it was aggravating the injury a bit so I called it quits there. Wasn't hard. Was benching 365 for singles the other day hella easy. And squatting 405 for reps. Strength slowly slowly increasing. body fat dropping, and I am gaining more size. That injury has set me back a bit, but its no biggie. Should be hitting a 405 bench very soon. 500 squat and 600 dead after that if everything keeps going well. Thanks for following everyone <3
Edit- Oh yeah, here is an update pic. And if you were wondering yes I have still been staying sober. I'm struggling but its still going decent. I am much more stable and happier this way. Feeling pretty good sometimes now. I do have my down times but don't we all...
Lifting is keeping me sane

Nice to see you around still hows the knee going son? I cured my patella tendonitis on my right knee by doing the pigeon stretch 2x day 5 mins each side, for 5 days. You should try it.
Nice pic, i went bowling the other night and i swear some of the balls we used were smaller than your enormous delts! Nice stuff~~~~~~~~~~

grats on staying sober, good man!
Looking large in that pic! strength is off the charts.
Hope the rib feels better. I had that happen a couple winters ago and it sucked. anytime I'd try lifting my arms up I'd get a sharp pain in my side. Squats and OHP didn't happen for a few weeks. Bench I could get away with on most days and luckily deads didn't bother too bad.PRs: Back Squat- 410x1 / Front Squat- 320x1/ Bench- 325x1 / Deadlift- 505x1

Thx brah
Knee is still sore sometimes but I'm able to work around it with all the rehab tools I use. And yeah, I have been doing that stretch for a while. Its a staple. Glad you do it too. Its a must imo. And LOL, thanks Chris brah <3
Ha
You srs? Thanks if so. That's a helluva complement. Appreciate it man.
Thanks Woody. Yeah injuries suck but are part of leading an active lifestyle. Best thing to do is take all the precautions you can to prevent them. Ever since I have done this they have been minimal like this one.Journal: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=139898123&page=240

Thanks bro, means a lot.
Still lifting guys but I took today off since my sleep was crap last night and I had no energy. I have been hitting the gym hard and consistently so an extra day off will probably do me some good. I'm working two jobs at once now as well so I'm extremely busy. The plus side is it keeps my mind off of other negative things so that's good. Tomorrow I'm off @ 5pm so I'll be hitting some deadlift focus with a new lifting buddy. Looking forward to that. Everyone keeps telling me I'm looking huge and even random people mention it. Its getting a little cray.
Hope all of you guys are doing well and living life to the fullest. Thanks for keeping up with me in here. If I had more time I'd post more workout sessions. The other day I SOHPressed 205x3x3 then 215x3x3 easy. Finished w/ 185x8 ntf. Then some high rep bench and my buddy had me try out guillotines (holy **** those pumped my chest up). Then pullups, reverse flies, curls and ab wheel. Feelin pretty joocy. Da pumps are great right now.Journal: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=139898123&page=240
