Back in diet mode here too. Probably will stick there up until the holidays start and then just maintenance for awhile.
Earlier this week my aunt commented that her weight loss was slowing down and out came all of her "expert" friends suggesting the blood type diet, acai berry to "boost her metabolism" and "PM me for details on how to lose more!"

wanna know how I know the 3x fishoil sups I got are really 3x's?
I need to drop 60lbs to hit 170 again.
challenging a female friend who is 5'2" who needs to drop 20.
I think I can beat her.
She is TDEE challenged. HA!
nothing like some healthy competition and the right to say "neener-neener I beat you!" for at least 6 months to motivate someone.

I don't even bat an eye anymore when people come out with the nonsense diets.
also, considering i'm fat AF giving diet advice to others....LOL!
There are other dieters around me in my new spot at work.
People making huge progress since new years. 30-40lbs.
The discussion yesterday "people think i'm sickly because the skin on my face is so tight and tell me to stop losing weight even though my (bellah/arse) is still fat."
wat do?
me: "tell them you'd rather have a jaw line than diabetes."
me: "or just point out someone skinnier than you and say "look she/he is way smaller than me, go save them"
It works.

The key is to unlock hidden genetic fat loss potential. I use alien waffle technology from the furture.
Oddly I remember bagging on the bodyblade when it was on TV. I had to use one in rehab and it completely wrecked me. Lesson learned. The most important aspect of weight training; whether for the athlete, bodybuilder, or average person is to better ones health and ability without injury. - Bill Pearl

Got down to 168lbs from 186lbs yesterday so went out with the girlfriend to "treat" myself. Great pizza and great wine. Felt a bit lightheaded in the gym this morning though but managed to mostly support my routine. Put on a solid 5lbs of pizza, water and wine bloat weight this morning. Always find it funny how much you put on when you splurge a little.
Aiming to get down to 160lbs before bulking through the winter. Probably gonna start doing some smaller cut/bulk cycles as I'm sick of cutting for extended periods of time.
Clean bulking at 160lbs to 175lbs and then cutting down to 165lbs and we'll see how I've doneCurrently cutting.

I've been doing about 3 hrs of manual labor outside after work.
Raking, building stuff, lawn work, cutting up scrap lumber for kindling, etc.
My shirt is soaking wet like I jumped into a pool wearing it.
One time I was ready to grab scissors to cut my fat ass out of a shirt because I straight-jacketed myself for a second. LOL!
everyone got skinny?

my mom gave me a bushel of plum and other small tomato's.
So I got a food chopper and bought some other vegetables and made a couple cups of salsa and took it to a party.
People liked it.
It's pretty good.
I went a little heavy on the jalapeno but it wasn't too hot.
This morning I poured some on my chicken and baked it in the oven.
I think i'll chop everything up, make a gallon and freeze it.
will probably just put tomatoes in blender but chop everything else.

Had a whoosh of weight today. 3lb in 5 days, this PSMF diet is a true test of willpower. I've lost and gained weight more times than I care to remember and even though I've been within 5lb of my goal only 12 months ago, I've never felt more "on" than I am now. I honestly think I've found the correct mindset this time round and going to make it stick.
24 days in and 16.8lb down, aiming for 150, currently 162.2

I've been pouring it on my chicken then baking it.
that's #4,399 for ways to NOT get sick of chicken.
ran out of bronkade last week and decided to wait until I get slimmer and need to really tighten the diet up.
doing better than expected with hunger.
On the plus side i'm not waking up middle of the night with debilitating leg cramps or running to the men's room every 40 mins. to piss like a racehorse.
now it's only every hr and a half.
so no EC + Creatine = instant scale gainz!

Yep. I like it in a pasta sauce though, or as a second meat in red sauces paired with sausage or something for flavor. I have turkey burnout lat 3 years though. My secret was to mix panko breadcrumbs and sriracha into the turkey and patty it up.
On a strange note, I've regained the ability to eat cottage cheese...with tapatio and pork rind topping. The most important aspect of weight training; whether for the athlete, bodybuilder, or average person is to better ones health and ability without injury. - Bill Pearl
