I know we probably can't come to a consensus on this as a community, but maybe in No Fap V5 we come up with like a tiered system (i.e., No Masturbation, No Porn, or No Porn + Masturbation), and people specify what challenge they're doing. I get the feeling that some of us are doing different things. To me, if you touch your peen but don't climax, that's a reset. If you watch porn, that's a reset (although I guess here, we get into what constitutes "porn" and the like).

And if my knowledge serves me right, there are no "dopamine levels" to "preserve". That's not how dopamine works at all.

If you're going to relapse, at least get your information right.
