Thankful tomorrow is chest day. I've fixed up my delt routine perfect and my tricep routine has been great the past few months, but I really need to step it up with my chest...Nothing seems to really do wonders for it.
I'm doing flat bench 3x12,8,6
incline bench 3x12
flat db 3x10
incline db 3x12
and any other variation besides hammer strength hurts my right shoulder...
Before that I was doing
flat db 3x12,10,8
incl db 3x12,10,8
hammer strength decline 3x8
hammer incline 3x12
