**************JOESWAT, THE ORIGINAL JUGGERNAUT **************************
JUGGERNAUT TIP!!
Effective weight training depends on proper technique.
Proper form is essential for success when training for anything from
general fitness to sports events and/or competitions. It is the quality
of training and not the quantity that influences your progress, Time
under tension, angle of movement, range of motion, skills/techniques
and many other factors all contribute to a particular resistance
training session. It is important to understand the proper mechanics of
training to get the most benefit from your routines.

Monday 4-7 E Z Eric's 2014 I AM JUGGERNAUT CHALLENGE LOG FINAL DAYS
Hello Fellow Juggernauts
Monday morning 4-7-2014, yesterday or today was my last day in this Challenge, 90 DAYS! Where did the time go? It seems to have gone by so fast, and while I believe I did not hit my mark of 10% Body Fat, I do think I got close!
You will have to judge by the pictures, I would have to say, I am at about 12%.
And while I did gain muscle, and did drop 10 lbs, (though weight loss was not my objective) I think overall I do see some improvement, though not as much as I had hoped for! :-(
Yes, I'm disappointed in myself for not being as strict as I could have been, and yes I should have done more Cardio, even though I had injured my knee, I still tried to do some, but was not able to do enough apparently!
I plan to come up with another workout regiment which I will try to put together myself, and add in some kind of Cardio, hopefully a daily thing but not sure, if may be every other day.
This post will be the last workouts that I did up to Sunday (Yesterday), and then I will do a post with just my final pics. Please gentle when critiquing them, Okay!
I will take this past 90 Days, and consider that a base, and consider Today as a new start to even more gains and more hard work, which will eventually lead me to the physique I desire for myself.
My "Famous" Juggernaut HP Rating Scale!
"Orange Flavored Juggernaut HP"
Mixing = 10/10
Taste = 10/10
Focus = 10/10
Pump = 6/10

Overall Performance of Juggernaut HP = 10/10
I want to thank Infinite Labs, John Butz, Keith (kconnell), Kenny (kennknee), and Credz along with all the Infinite Athletes and Joe Palumbo for allowing me to participate in this challenge. I also want to say, how much I think Infinite Labs is a very cool company to put on a challenge like this, and for having such quality products.
Juggernaut HP, is THE Best Pre-Workout and my favorite from now on, the flavor, smoothness and results I get from this product have won me over for Life! Thank You!

Pics look great! You got in some great work and great results! Yeah I know I used great a whole lot in this post, but it is true! And I dont know about the magic mirror... maybe it is because they are closer up than the others? Or is it maybe because you took them and not someone else? LOL

SUNDAY = REST DAY E Z Eric is back, POST IAJ Challenge!
Hey Everybody,
Just checking in here, been real busy with work and haven't posted anything in a while. But I wanted just say that I'm still here and still working out, even though I haven't been real active lately. Trying hard to get here more often though!
I finished the Arnold Schwarzenegger's Blueprint Trainer, and loved it. But just as always I was very lax on the nutrition plan, which seems to be my worst area when it comes to fitness! Man does that Suck, when you hear that nutrition in like one of the most important parts of all this, Right! :-(
Even without following the nutrition plan to the letter, I was still able to see some results, just due to the hard work with the weights, and the best I could do with Supplements. And I hope to continue to gain, but it's hard right now, money is very tight so eating a lot of calories to "Bulk" is difficult, and even just eating "Very Healthy" is too, so while I try not to rely on Supplements, I buy what Protein I can so at least I get a good supply of that, along with the food protein I eat.
And I will be starting a new program on Monday with something I put together combining Muscle Pharms "Get Swole" Program, and "Schwarzenegger's Blueprint", hope to get the best of both of them, since I like both programs so much, and have seen my best results from them.
I already tried out the Saturday Workout, yesterday with this.
Military Press @ 125 lbs (5 Sets of 12 Reps)
Upright Rows @ 90 lbs (5 Sets of 12 Reps)
(Super Set 1)
Straight Bar Push Downs @ 60 lbs (5 Sets of 20 Reps)
Alternating Incline Dumbbell Curls @ 30 lbs ea. (5 Sets of 6 Reps, (with hanging 5 arm twists) then 4 more Reps)
(Super Set 2)
Full Frontal "Lat Raise" @ 20 lbs ea. (5 Sets of 12 Reps)
Side Lat Dumbbell Raise @ 20 lbs ea. (5 Sets of 12 Reps)
(Super Set 3)
Skull Crushers @ 90 lbs (5 Sets of 12 Reps)
Barbell Curls @ 90 lbs (5 Sets of 12 Reps)
(Super Set 4)
Bar Dips @ BW (5 Sets to Failure)
Preacher Curls @ 40 lb EZ CURL BAR (5 Sets of 30 Reps)
And Finished with,
Hanging Leg Raises @ (5 Sets of 25 Reps)
Needless to say, I was DONE! Very tough, but very NICE, at the same time!
Keep checking back, please. I will be posting more, and visiting all the Continuing Challenge Logs too!

Monday 5-5-14 I'M BACK! Restarting my MP "Get Swole"/Arnold "Blueprint" Hybrid!
Hey Juggernauts,
It's good to be back! I finished my IAJ 90 Day Challenge just in time I guess for work and person stuff to pile on and have me too busy to post or anything else for that matter! For the last 2 or 3 weeks I have been trying to start this new program, but seem to get distracted or pulled away and can't complete a full week.
Well, this morning I restarted and finished my workout before heading off to work!
My nutrition/meal plan still sucks, mainly due to me being flat broke! And I do mean "BROKE", I am barely covering my bills, and am having to beg, borrow, and steal for groceries! Sad! :-( And without money for food, there is no way in Hell I can afford Supplements, so that sucks even more! If it wasn't for a few things that I won on ********, I wouldn't have anything at all!
But, I still have my motivation, and a full set of weights! LOL
Eric's "GET SWOLE" / "A.S. BLUEPRINT" Hybrid Workouts!
MONDAY = CHEST & BACK
(Super Set #1)
Wide Grip Pull Ups @ Body Weight = (5 Sets of 10 Reps) Hammer Grip @ Body Weight = (5 Sets of 10 Reps)
Flat Bench Press @ 175 lbs = (5 Sets of 12 Reps)
(Super Set #2)
Incline Bench Press @ 155 lbs = (5 Sets of 12 Reps)
Seated Rows @ 150 lbs = (5 Sets of 12 Reps)
(Super Set #3)
Lat Pull Downs @ 80 lbs = (20 Reps), @ 90 lbs = (20 Reps), @ 100 lbs = (20 Reps), @ 110 lbs = (20 Reps), @ 120 lbs (20 Reps)
Dumbbell Flyes @ 40 lbs ea. = (5 Sets of 12 Reps)
Single Dumbbell Pull Overs @ 80 lbs = (5 Sets of 12 Reps)
P90X (Ab Ripper X) = 16 Mins of Ab work, no breaks! (11 exercises @ 25 Reps each)
It was nice to be back home to my own equipment, and atmosphere, I was more comfortable and able to complete everything. Felt good!
A couple of pics from one of the hotel gyms.
