Woohoo, part Polish here along with Russian and Italian.

As for the watermelon thing...we used to do that in college sometimes with grain alcohol even...would get you messed up in a hurry. I don't drink like I used to...but then again none of us do. I might have a beer or two with dinner once a week or a few weeks or a mixed drink in we're out.

Dailies - Creapure Mono / Fish Oil / Multi / DAA - PWO - Betancourt Ripped Juice, used it this morning to see what it's like. It's a fat burner. It does nothing.

Warm Up: 10 Mins Bike, BW Squats, Lunges and some Ham Stretching

    Core Lift
    Barbell Back Squat

    20kg x 10

    40kg x 5 (88lb)
    55kg x 3 (121lb)
    70kg x 5 (154lb)

    Assistance Lift 1
    Dumbbell Lunge

    5kg's x 10 x 4 (11lb) - Basically just the Oly handles

    Assistance Lift 2
    Barbell Front Squat

    30kg x 10 x 4 (66lb)

    Assistance Lift 3
    Leg Extension

    30kg x 12 x 4 (66lb)

    Assistance Lift 4
    Good Morning

    30kg x 10 x 4 (66lb)

    Thoughts

Pretty easy going, nothing too intense. Enjoyed getting it done and dusted in a short space of time. Was up early at 5am today to do it since I couldn't be bothered after having my tea last night. Looking forward to tomorrow morning doing OHP - which I'm gunna do standing.

    Workout deserves a bump

edit: I know it's a deload, but still.

Also, I am in a competition today with my transformation pic from this thread. The competition is on ******** for JackedPack and is for the "Meathead of the Month"... LOL.

I wanna win dudes so if you can help by liking and sharing I would really appreciate it. Will put the link up when my entry is live.

OHP is getting closer to bodyweight.

LOL. I know what you mean to be honest. I don't use ******** very often. The other half if on it all the time, I can't really be doing with it. I have started a page to help promote my website etc as it is basically free advertising and stuff spreads fast on there. Same with twitter; if you have something to offer or market - it's an invaluable free tool.

Most stuff on ******** is the same old same old. "Oh no... work again today!!211!" "Oh GOD I want <insert junk food here> sooooo badd" "OMG <insert random actor / musician> IS SOOOO FIT"

Thanks Jason, can always count on you lot for support. So far the guy with the most votes has 160 likes... I think with a bit of spread on here, ******** and twitter I might be in with a chance.

    ---

So I found out today that I am working away in the second week of September. That is really gunna ruin my routine if I can't find a gym.

    Deload this week
    WC 27th Aug - 2nd Cycle 1st Week
    WC 3rd Sept - 2nd Cycle 2nd Week
WC 10th Sept - POSSIBLE NO GYM
WC 17th Sept - 2nd Cycle 3rd Week - Will have to be done for the Saturday, fly to Vegas Sunday.

Two deloads won't be so bad I guess! I will be hoping to get a session in the legendary place that is Gold's Gym whilst in Vegas. Always wanted to visit that place.

My advise...skip the deload and use the time away from the gym as a deload and go right into your 3RD cycle to get everything back on track.

The Bellagio buffet is always the first place I hit up when I go to Vegas. I'm not even sure there is any benefit of trying to continue with a lifting routine while in Vegas on vacation. The amount of drinking you'll probably do will just nullify anything you do in the gym.

I ain't kidding you, either it was because me and my mate was just so wrecked or blind or stupid or all of the above... we couldn't find any of these legendary buffets when we was there. We just ate in those food courts that are everywhere. I really liked that pizza chain you guys got... Little Caesers.

LMFAO, you ate Little Caesar's pizza in Vegas?! You must've been completely sh!tfaced to enjoy that, LOL! I almost fell out of my chair laughing. Which hotel are you gonna be staying at? Here is what you do next time: Go to the Bellagio, by the entrance there is probably some type of check-in or info desk. Ask them where the buffet is. If you're feeling bold, find a chick behind the desk and use your fuarking British accent + charm (hopefully you have a little) to get some passes to skip the line at the buffet. You won't regret it. That place has some good food. Even my friend who hates buffets enjoys that one.

I would, most studies have said you need at least 3g of DAA to see anything from it. I just take a scoop from my bulk tub (which ranges from 3-5g) in a morning. I usually take it for 2-3 weeks then give it a rest. That LJ100 is legit stuff too but looks a very low dose.

LOL Mate we was sh*tfaced from getting on the plane there to rolling out of Spearmint Rhino's at around 5am to catch our flight back at 9am. I'm suprised they let us on the plane we was that wrecked. Loads of cancellations too... longest day ever. Ate some serious calories that day.

I have a video floating on YouTube back when we was there, it's me getting a static charge off the carpet and then licking the metal work in the hotel... will try and find, it's not on my channel.

We're staying at the Hotel Vdara, seemed pretty pimping. I'll be sure to pull the Brit charm thing, usually pull it off even when I was chubby mcfat f*ck

Haha, nice video! The Rhino is a pretty good club. Usually a lot more chicks than costumers every time I've gone and the girls tend to be hot. If you want to hit up a seedier place, check out Sapphire. I had this weird zombie-looking stripper chasing me around there one time trying to give me lap dances (or eating my brains).

I stayed at Aria last time I went to Vegas, which is right next to Vdara. Vdara actually has better access to the strip than Aria (which sucks balls for that) and you'll get to the Bellagio quickly via a walkway attached to the Vdara. I'd recommend going to the Bellagio for the buffet. It's the best one in that area.

O'Shea's is probably the best place on the strip for cheap drinks, if you haven't been there already.

To be fair we didn't pay for drinks that much when we was there, just tipped a dollar and got free booze while we gambled. Dunno if that's changed since then. There will be no lap dance clubs this time, going with the mrs! Will be a different experience altogether.
