been weighing my steak and banana, apparently been eating around 150 cals more than i thought i was, so ive been eating around 3950 on lifting days instead of 3800. lifts havent really gone up in the past two weeks so eating moore foodz. Should be around 4000 a day :O

What's going on, fellas?
The past couple of weeks have been a whirlwind. Was in Washington D.C., met a bunch of folks, was at the Presidential Inauguration, and basically spent the past 10 days not working out, drinking most nights, and eating all kinds of crap. Time to get back on the wagon.

Went for a walk today at this state park that is 10 minutes from my place. I walked the wholllle dam place...I guesstimated anywhere between 12 and 15 miles of walking. Todays high was 16 degrees here, but by the water + the windchill I'm guessing it was closer to zero. First cold day we've had literally in like a year.
It was a good hike..lots of uphill climbing etc..the sun was incredible to.
Walked the entire perimeter of this place;
Snuck up on a family of deer, about of eight of them I counted. Fluffy whitetails, no bucks.Last edited by krete77; 01-23-2013 at 08:59 PM.

I took a look into that ice cream 5x5. Looks good I like the higher load over starting strength. I'm going to start the program today.

Not here ill keep a log in a notebook for my use but I haven't had great experiences with sharing. I tend to get over ridden with guilt if I miss something which, for me, becomes detrimental to my training. In the future maybe.
Edit: oh how I hope my gym has a hyper extension bench. I have 0 desire to try that cable pull through.
