It actually felt good. I had no idea what to use so the weight was light/moderate.
I paused my last rep with 215. I'm pretty sure the 13 year olds were impressed
I've been trying to keep my rest between sets on assistance around 60-90 seconds on my upper days since the main lift is low volume.Better Body Sports
