It actually felt good. I had no idea what to use so the weight was light/moderate.

I paused my last rep with 215. I'm pretty sure the 13 year olds were impressed

I've been trying to keep my rest between sets on assistance around 60-90 seconds on my upper days since the main lift is low volume.

you use em for the deadlift platform.
Typically you have a sheet of plywood or two screwed together. Then a layer of horse stall mats to cushion the platform.

right now I'm just using those crappy mats from walmart that you put together like a puzzle.
