Good deed of the day done. 17 year old BeeBeeCee doing random as fuc* workout plan. Spotted him the day before gave him basic bench advice tuck elbows. To cut a long story short, wrote him out a basic 4-day bro split mixture of 5x5 5x8 3x12 depending on the exercise. Told him to shovel food in him post workout, and wrote down some good youtube vids, as well as basic tips like perfect form before working on heavier weights etc. Feels good man. Now we wait for gains.

Owner of my gym took hone the Mr Universe title and his gf who also competes (though not at the moment) has offered to help me prep next year for nada and thinks I can be competition ready in 12 weeks ...bring on the bulk for now

If the EZ bar at the gym is 10kg and I'm putting 25kg (20kg and 5kg) on each side, thats a 60kg BB curl for 2 reps tonight. Had all sorts of mirin with those 15 inch arms lifting that weight.

In on weak curl. I do 13.75 each side for sets of 8, although that is after doing back. I think the EZ bar weights about 7.5kg. That's how i calculate it anyway. Also FS2 why are you curling so heavy anyway? My arms are bigger than yours and I do working sets with just over half of what you're doing.

tbh my arms grew last year despite the fact I didn't train arms with any consistency so I think they're a genetic strong point.
