Bodybuilder goes in for a hernia surgery, ends up having 8 surgeries done and dies 3 times. Crazy before and after pics too.

Could this be because of heavy cell tech abuse?

If the EZ bar at the gym is 10kg and I'm putting 25kg (20kg and 5kg) on each side, thats a 60kg BB curl for 2 reps tonight. Had all sorts of mirin with those 15 inch arms lifting that weight.

Must be your nutritional expertise, m8.
Please tell me more about "100s of PMs"
Tell me the exact number, I know you've counted
90% of them were about sups/diet, tech call outs were made public anyways either by myself or people copying private convos
Edit: I think my excuse is pretty clear in the sig, so have a go at it. At least I do lift instead of criticising Reindeer daily who looks 50 times better than you.Last edited by NeverGiveUp87; 10-16-2013 at 12:14 PM.

In on weak curl. I do 13.75 each side for sets of 8, although that is after doing back. I think the EZ bar weights about 7.5kg. That's how i calculate it anyway. Also FS2 why are you curling so heavy anyway? My arms are bigger than yours and I do working sets with just over half of what you're doing.
Yeah man, at my parties they have syringes full of heroin in the hall as you come in. Go hard or go home***70's Diet Crew***

I do 6 sets of curls a week. My other movement is seated DB curls and I use 16kg for sets of 10. Arms aren't big or anything but I think they're decent.
