You get there by realizing you're already there.

The only thing you need meditation for is to teach you that you don't need it at all.

Forget your "goals" of becoming "enlightened" and just be, and you will transcend. Enlightenment/Nirvana/whatever is a SYMPTOM of right living. If you chase it for what it is, it'll hang like a carrot on a stick always in sight but forever out of reach.

how long do you usually do it for? do you slam kunt?

It depends. I have two annoying cats sometimes they don't allow me to meditate, lol.
But usually it is between 30 to minutes to 45 minutes. Sometimes I like to pick a day and I meditate for 5 or more hours. Again it is because I am home since the lockdown.

i cant do it for more than 15 minutes. Hopefullly I can still reach enlightenment lol.

Meditation will not carry you to another world, but it will reveal the most profound and awesome dimensions of the world in which you already live. Calmly contemplating these dimensions and bringing them into the service of compassion and kindness is the right way to make rapid gains in meditation as well as in life brah
