Lowkey - I'm sure you've heard of him, he has stepped down from the game right now to pursue his studies but his stuff is amazing and content on point.
Klashnekoff (Terra Firma) - Been doing it since the beginning, one of the first Hip Hop crews in the UK.
Ther are tons more that I have if you'd still like to know

Talkin bout uk hip hop, Forreign Beggars should be brought up. Old stuff is straight hip hop, new stuff is more progressive, mixed with dubstep, breakbeats, house and what not.
