vid is just me doing shoulder dislocations with a PVC pipe but my external rotation is so chit mike said that it's too advanced of a drill for me lmao. (he originally prescribed it but didn't realize how bad my shoulder mobility was)

500x1, 405x15. after 2 hours of squatting, my 4th day squatting in a row too. also basically first time deadlifting in a year. I'm gonna start training smarter, take more rest days, and see how much i can milk out of these natty strength levels while i can
