Ugh I know! I was shocked when I started reading how it can be stuff you never thought (i.e. soy sauce). Yesterday was a good day in that I had beef, some cheese, mushrooms, sweet potato...but then I had some apple tart (like an apple blossom). My hip was a bit stiff last night and two of my fingers joints were hurting last night and this morning. Today I will be keeping a close eye on what I eat...i've been getting a lot of my information from Mark's Daily Apple.

I'm follwing a Skiploading protocol right now:
6 days / week I'm at around 2700 calories (230C / 320P / 50F), then on Saturdays I have a re-feed where I have a 6hr window with unlimited carbs...a conservative estimate would be around 1200g of C.
