I've tried both monohydrate, and ethylester. I was rather indifferent to both of these forms. Until a friend recommended sci-fits kre-aklalyn 1500. Almost instantly (1-2 days) I noticed a big difference in strength and hardness! This is on just 2 caps a day...that's it!

how are you going to gain muscle without putting on weight? unless you have a lot of fat to lose.

i guess i want to put on weight but i do not want to get thicker, just stronger and more cut. is green mag for me?

For everyone else reading this i run a gym (in uk) and have tried loads of creatine products.
quick breakdown.
#1 phd synergy. Not strictly creatine product but "all in one" formula, but taste great and amazing results, quite expensive though. Most popular product in our gym by a country mile.

#2 creapure caps, Reflex. Shouldnt matter who produces as creapure should be the same no matter what. cheap, clean very effective

#3 Sizeon. Not sure what all the fuss is about, straight creapure is better and cheaper.

#4 no-explode. Not really a creatine product, should be in another catagory. Works well though - however we recommend try and not use every workout as you sortof become reliant on it. Effects seem to diminish over time. Save for Personal best attempts or a "friday beach weights session" ; ) This can make you feel quesy be carefull

#5 phd wired. Another stimulant that contains creatine. Works well, very good for cardio / mma sessions.

#6 celltech. Yes this works, but then any product containing creatine mono and sugar/dextrose will. Way over priced. Just add fast acting carbs to your reg creatine

I see a lot of people rate the controlled labs stuff. Haven't tried it, not sure if its avilable tk UK retailers, if it is and you want to send me some samples pm me. If i like it i'll review it and stock in my shop. Peace

that is odd. have you tried taking them with a rice cake or granola bar? also, splitting the green mag dose to half pre and half post may help. have you tried just one to see if it is just one of the two causing it? (PM me so I can help you in more detail)

Your fridge is actually has the highest relative humidity in the house due it being cold.I would not store any powders here.

cold air holds less humidity than hot, a fridge can be as low as 10-20% humidity if left closed for extended periods of time, double check your source

no need for both, choose one or the other. green bulge was updated earlier this year and no longer contains CEE and got a huge upgrade in ingredients at no additional cost to the customer. bb.com has also certified that we use a GMP facility for production via their "quality checked" program, all important things to consider when getting ready to make a purchase

similar, but green bulge has more added goodies and is a bit more expensive per serving. it has high dosed (great forms) of the B vitamins for non stim intensity as well as orotic acid and others.

$30 eh, this is only online order price? cause last night I went GNC and theyre selling it for $70 thats twice the price.. jeez

Starting a new cycle.

SizeON, GreenMAG, or Green Bulge? Anybody have experience with these products and which one would you recommend?

And if I opt for the CL products, is there a difference between Mag and Bulge? and if I opt for the SizeON, is there any ingredients that would counteract with me taking WF right now?

white flood stacks well with any of them. green mag is a powder that is more economical per serving. green bulge is capsules with more extras that cost a bit more per serving.

Ive had good results with millenium nutritions pure creatine monohydrate it is flavorless so I just mix it with my protein and don't even notice it was there, you get 500 grams from physicaladdictions.com for like 28 bucks and I am very happy with the results.
