Good to know, I ordered the Reborn.
Coffee won't do jack for me. I'd probably need a triple shot, which even with the cheap sh!t would likely cost as much or maybe even more than a preworkout does.

Today felt good, nice and smooth.
however from all that mean consumption and probably all the salt I dumped in there I gained about 4 lbs. probably the creatine too. idk, lift laugh rage

Respawn is a bad poster, but you guys are wrong about bf% and nowhere did he say anything wrong or incorrect so I'm not sure why you guys chose to single him out.

I didn't read that thread (and I've stop reading Respawn posts in general), but my guess is that folks are just so sick of Respawn's crap that they're just attacking him at this point, even if his posts in one thread are okay (though I seriously doubt that his posts are particularly lucid).

I've given up hope on her and posting in her threads.
At this point I'm 99% sure she is simply claiming to count calories in an attempt to ensure she's consuming enough to bulk, but in all reality I'm sure she's still trying to cut.
