You're so close to having lost half of yourself while it's clear that you've founded yourself.
I'm so proud of what you're accomplishing each and every single day!!!

My policy is to take new ones every 50 lbs. The truth is it just doesn't show enough on me to take them more frequently than that. My face and arms and legs have all been reduced dramatically, perhaps to their final form, most of the rest of the weight seems to be concentrated in my trunk area (aka belly) and that barely shows even when doing updates every 50 lbs.
If more are ever needed down the road, I can always take stills from my videos which are slightly more frequent
holy hell that is motivating, you have made it(392.4 lbs pounds lost so far)

Wetty when you reach your target weight. You should invest in a proper racing bike and take part in races and Cross-country cycling.

Compared to what you've lost, realistically 200's right there. You'll be in the 2's in about 5 minutes.
Good job man, how's your mom reacting? Has she noticed a big difference in how you live your life?

Keep up the good work wetbreast, I have been following you on here since you started your journey but just decided to sign up today. I would have never thought you would have made it as far as you did now you passed up my current weight and your still trucking. Your very inspirational to all of us big fat guys to know it can be done with out surgery. I am trying to turn my life around WEIGHT wise again. I started a few years back at 389 got down to 308 and now back in the 390s. I can not seem to stay on a steady straight road and have been trying but continue to FAIL.

Heya, have you tried Overeaters' Anonymous? WB has been doing brilliantly with the support of the people here but many need more. The 12 Step Group system is very powerful and has been successfully applied to all kinds of problems, plus they offer a support network a lot like what WB has been getting, there's no reason why you cannot do both of these things too. I'd suggest you check it out and see if it's for you.
All the best.

Really honored to have you following. The best tip I can give is to start with very small changes and work your way from there. If you go back to my original thread when I started this, my first dietary change was only eating 7 cheese filled chicken quesadillas for dinner with chicken flavored rice. I am 100% serious. I thought I had done a good job that day too.
This is the log from that first day
And of course, now I laugh at the absurdity of it, but for me, that truly marked a change in the right direction, however small.
My exercise on that first day was this
My point is simply that you need not work yourself until you are miserable, you need not stop eating things you enjoy and suffer. You need not drop 20 lbs in your first month. All it takes is very gradual changes that you feel comfortable with and staying consistent with improving where you can in your own time.
If you need a bit of motivation read the book: salt, sugar & fat. It is a very good exposé about the current tricks of the trade in the food industry and it will really help you evolve your diet in ways that can work with any palate.
Best of luck, and if you need any support I am totally in your cornerLast edited by Wetbreasts; 10-04-2014 at 06:42 PM.
