sry being dramatic. only binged twice this whole cut, but both times were on off-days. i do weekly refeeds so it's not too hard to stick to the diet. 2300 cals/day ain't bad.

here was me at 155 (got skinny after surgery last spring).....bf% estimate? i'm probably a week or 2 from getting to this leanness although with a lot more mass

Then just look @ your weight every sunday and if its not 1lb less, drop the carbs & or fats by 5-10 grams on the low days

The day after a refeed you could be holding extra water.

Average you weight over the whole week and compare, say every Friday if you have lost or not. If you haven't lost refeed per usual and then lower your macros starting Sunday.

Did legs and arms today. Cheebus, 6.5 weeks off and now do I even lift!? My surgery area is shore as **** now too. Feels like I am 2 weeks post op. Buddy who has a hernia in the past said he had the same thing when he came back, and his hasn't given him any issues in the last 8 years, so hoping all is good. Hoping it's just the muscle building back up.

On a lighter note, diet looked much better today.
