I already go the gym. I have lost weight, which means my ass has gone even flatter. I do squats and weights, I get bigger legs which I hate. I personally do not like bigger legs, I like smaller legs, to keep smaller legs means my ass also stays small. I'm currently at work this is why I'm on the misc. I can not work out at work LOL

The fat they inject in your ass can easily go away if you lose weight. That's why they tell you to maintain your weight long after that surgery.
Seems like the best results from that surgery are where people are curvy but heavier and have a lot of fat around the middle.

Where are they gonna take all the fat from? Only about half of the fat stays so they have to inject quite a bit for some of it to stay and you're not even big or have a ton of fat to begin with.


....plus don't you have to avoid sitting on your ass for awhile? You'll be walking around with a hemerhoid cushion for a good 2 months!

I had someone do my training program. I do not have the above exercises added. Surgery not till next year in June.

I 99.99% wouldn't take gear if I got there. I guess you are right in that boobs can't really be improved upon without getting fatter. Thing is sloots need to realize guys like boobs. All of them. Most guys considered Natalie Portman hot and she was a solid A cup. A lot of guys like Taylor Swift, and she is pretty lacking in the chest department. It is all about the whole package.

I refuse to get plastic surgery, at least I haven't in my 45 years of life. What you see is natty, except the muscles from the past. I've been natty the past few years though.

I didn't know if there was another non-surgical trick to make one's waist smaller. My former trainer used to do that wrap around the waist when she was in contest prep, but that is just losing water. Maybe that is good for a photo shoot? Not like I do those, lol.

Fat cells are not permanent though. it's not like once you have that done they can never diminish from losing weight. Google says 2-3 weeks of not sitting directly on your ass because it can shrink the fat cells from lack of blood flow. I'd recommend going to see three different surgeons and researching their methods..just me.

I went to 4 different ones to see who I'd trust with my chest. One man wanted me to go over the muscle since I weight lift and three said I am way too thin for that and the implant would show if I did that.
Glad I got several opinions.
