Personally I don't like the extreme of the style (retarded bright colours, over the top) and think its comparable to *******s who dress ''goth''; just seems like they're doing it for attention. The understated style in some of the images people have posted looks good/normal, its just the attention seeking *******s who make it look like garbage.

it's my favorite thread to get the LOLZ on nights when the misc is lagging. lettuce beef cereal for a minute, something is very wrong with wearing that kind of gear in public.

If you followed the thread you would see that most of these pictures got hate for doing it wrong.

Id rather wear a polo or solid v neck than a graphic t.
Id rather wear flat fronts than cargos or basketball shorts.
I wear jeans as well as chinos.
I wear sperrys if i want and i also have some jordans that i wear.

Its just a matter of preference. They're just clothes...

This looks okay, but it's not sperrys and polos. The first one is just a regular shirt and shorts. Any fitted shirt will give that look. The second one is "alright" but the shoes are ****gy time with the outfit. The third is just...regular casual dress clothes. There's nothing special about a button down shirt, slacks, and shoes.

The S&P everyone is hating on is the ridiculous attempt at acting like old men with no fashion sense.

I'm loling that all these S&P *******s think that anyone who doesn't like the "style" wears jordans, jerseys and shorts to their ankles.

I wouldn't personally rock #2 because I don't like the colours, but I don't think it's ****gy time. I just think Sperrys are seriously hideous, and the frat boys and S&P nuthuggers have just convinced themselves that they're not. Only people I see wearing them are old people lawn bowling, or old people at yacht clubs

we dont dress in colors all the time. maybe every other day we'll throw a conservative white polo and light khakis on. either way we dress nice.

not to brag, cause the style may not be your taste, but can you honestly be more presentable casually than oxford button downs or polos and flat front chinos with loafers?

Yes by wearing some ****ing grown up shoes and grown up trousers. I dont get why they dont just ****ing go buy a pair of decent shoes rather than ****ty moccasins, wear some plain black/navy trousers, get a decent buttoned shirt and jacket, and boom, they'll actually look ****ing good.

I like a lot of the clothes in the S&P threads, and I generally think they're quite stylish. However, the problem a lot of people seem to have is differentiating between what looks good on an airbrushed male model with 10/10 facial aesthetics and a perfect haircut etc in a fashion magazine, and what actually looks good in the real world.

I wear sperrys and polos and khakis, but in a much more lackadaisical and laid-back fashion. When you look like you are trying to dress to impress, that's when you're setting yourself up to fail.
