Unfortunately, even as nurse, I would not be much help on this... I've had multiple shoulder dislocations, but have been fortunate enough to avoid surgey, and was able to just rehab it... But, that's an area surrounded by different muscles, and is more supported... The severity of the injury also plays a factor as well... I know most that have had the surgery were pleased with the results...

Thanks. Surgery has been suggested multiple times in the past by difference doctors, but it seems like the day-to-day pain has gotten a lot worse within the last year.

seriously try it.. it really helps with inflamation and healing tendons. also it has some lubricating effects all of wich will at a minimum help you feel less pain. and then yes.. some PT as well. what were you doing when u dislocated it?

I've dislocated it doing anything from walking downstairs, getting out of the shower, getting out of bed, and playing sports. It's always non-contact, and its usually just one awkward step that causes it.

Safe to assume that the texture/consistency is better on all the flavors these days? I remember when they used to be more dry, but the last few boxes of Pumpkin have been awesome.

srware Iron > All, all the benefits of webkit with no privacy/tracking issues like with Chrome. Maxthon used to be based off of ie which has always been meh, even with recent revisions. As for mobile browsers Dolphin has always been good, I use Opera mainly on my droid. On occasion I will open up Chrome, Opera has just been very efficient for me with no issues whatsoever although I am not fond of their desktop browser. Too many useless bells and whistles for the average user.

Unless you are planning on maintaining your blog daily and need all of the options that blogger/wordpress offer, I would suggest tumblr the micro blogging site. Easy, simple and very clean to use; not as many bells and whistles as wordpress/blogger but very efficient.

I was looking on there, Ive seen dbone mention them before, but they only have a couple sizes of the econo belt available. XSmall, Small, XL, 2XL, 3XL, etc. I think I need a medium or large.
