Speaking of hero damage, what are your guys records? I think mine is right around 30k in a game, curious if anyone has any insane numbers.

and then i had a game with sub 10k hero damage on naga and like 0-1-5 stats but ~15k tower damage or some **** and ended up winning. oh well

don't like several of these general changes but hero ones seem ok

why rework roshan. Pointless change.
Runes now spawn bot and top, good bye the skill of rune control or warding runes. Just run one way at the 2 minute mark and get a rune.
No point adding new pathing areas in lanes/near secret shop, completely unnecessary.

Glyph refreshes when you lose t1, I guess this helps vs deathball push, good change

Chen aghs can convert ancients. LAWL

Bloodseeker changes could be interesting. brb give void 40% more damage (from all sources) in chrono.

Doom nerfed pretty hard. No longer disables passived without aghs, so PA/lifestealer etc no longer useless when doomed.

ES change is nice, fissure no longer hero targeted, only ground.

Chrono nerfed, no longer disables evasion which is nice.

Gyro's missile buffed again, perhaps we'll see him picked as his laning will now be pretty strong.

Lone druid buffed, bear has mana which is nice and midas on bear gives XP to hero

Medusa buffed, nice to see.

Lycan nerfed, good.

PL rework will be interesting

Phoenix aghs for ultimate trolling - pull hero into supernova and if you die they die

Riki reworked a bit, think it's a buff. Invis is now a normal ability and blink strike his ult.

SNIPER'S HEADSHOT NO LONGER STUNS PRAISE THE LORD

Tinker nerfed at last, march no longer effects magic immune units. I think this might have been too much though as he can no longer farm ancients. Making the damage physical would have been better imo.

Looks like you can no longer buy a 10s BKB in lategame as the duration/CD are tied to the hero not the item. Odd change.

Magic damage and BKB interactions changed, need to reread to understand properly. wtf

I don't know if the buffs are that big to him

He still has the worst melee attack animation in the game.

He needs everyone of his skills maxed to make a difference.

Only thing he has going for him is the fact he has high base strength.

this patch is weird..

the bounty rune is so ridiculous and unnecessary that i think it may be removed. the action is already fine as it is...now, you are encouraging supports to camp runes, and now a losing mid player has a way out of the situation by getting lucky with these runes.


-weird change to bloodseeker? no direct silence means he cant YOLO charge supports...

-small buff to axe, one of my favorite pub stomp heroes. no complaints there.

-nerf to LC...screw that. yea she is a strong hero but can be shut down very easily since she doesnt have a natural lane to be in. one of my fave heroes now i'm never gonna pick her.

-omniknight buffed slightly..definitely gonna be a go-to pick now in pubs. he already has like the 2nd highest winrate. pick him while his strength lasts.

-sniper no ministun -> carry tp scroll

-zeus tiny buff...another pub stomp hero that should be abused

zeus, axe, lich, and omni are solid heroes that can win you games in any bracket + they just got buffed. time to win.

Im kind of tired right now, but aside from the obvious changes, some of the big ones were that urn of shadows is going to be a tier 1 item now. Incredibly useful. also blink dagger nerfed.

aui was really hyped about the new bloodseeker zues combo. give zeus i think it was +40% magical damage.

Pheonix aghs ulti is pretty sick. Someone can channel a spell, for example enigma black hole, while they are inside the sun.

many other interesting changes, but I am going to sleep now. recommend watching the vod, i think it will be up sometime tomorrow on the gdstudio's youtube.

oh and to above boodseeker still has a silence, it has just been moved to a different skill. and lc is still very strong and will be picked in competitive games a lot. dont know what you mean by she doesnt have a natural lane. Being versatile is a strength of her.

yea i didnt read the bloodseeker change fully. bloodseeker zeus sounds like a crazy combo.

yes LC can lane wherever but the problem with her is that you never really know what's going to happen as the game goes on. she either owns or falls flat on her face. i think they could have waited to nerf her.
