hmmm will have to let you guys know how the bar survives tomorrow... worst comes to worst (hopefully), itll be a nice soft texture... its a MASSIVE bowl pretty sure itd weigh around 2 pounds.

16g butterscotch sf/ff jello pudding mix
wf caramel syrup
apple crumb vitatop
300g strawberries
100g banana

^^Your sludges are starting to look like mine! I've been having pumpkin in my bowl every night for a while now, excellent volumisation.
Pumpkin puree, FFGY, peanut butter protein powder, unsweetened cocoa, peanuts, Kashi GoLean original, bran cereal, mini VitaCake, Fiber One PB brownie, Pumpkin Spice and Cinnamon Raisin bagel thins.

Pumpkin is probably the best thing to help give your sludge the greatest volume... but hot damn. The gas! So much water/fiber in it.. heh. You'll definitely be feeling it the day after that's for sure.

Not really even that much IMO. I'm used to 80-90g of fiber a day. lol. Just gotta have a good plunger handy!

I've had greek yogurt exactly one time in my life and I almost threw up. It was so sour/bitter.
That being said, does adding SF pudding mixes, cream cheese, sweeteners, protein powders, etc etc. help get rid of the bitterness?
I used to be the man with proatmeal bowls a couple years ago, but I have fallen out of the game in a big way!
Now that I'm cutting it'd be plenty easier to fit greek yogurt into my macros rather than oats, which is why I'm asking this question in the first place.
Any ideas/suggestions would be greatly appreciated and reps will follow.Upgraded from "curls for the girls" to "rows for the hoes".
