Sweetener and cinnamon give pumpkin a whole different taste...I know that hard to choke down taste you're talking about

I used a fair amount of cinnamon. Obviously not enough though. I didn't use pudding mix as I thought the pumpkin would thicken it up, turned out that wasn't the case. I got another can in stock that I plan on using in oats hopefully that goes well.

texture was actually perfectly fine, and my protein mixes well with GY. more sludges will be coming for sure

Pumpkin Sludge! very simple one today.



2 cups ffgy
305g canned pumpkin
16g butterscotch sf/ff jello pudding mix
wf caramel syrup
apple crumb vitatop
300g strawberries
100g banana
tiny bit of wf chocolate syrup over the top.

^^Your sludges are starting to look like mine! I've been having pumpkin in my bowl every night for a while now, excellent volumisation.


Pumpkin puree, FFGY, peanut butter protein powder, unsweetened cocoa, peanuts, Kashi GoLean original, bran cereal, mini VitaCake, Fiber One PB brownie, Pumpkin Spice and Cinnamon Raisin bagel thins.

Pumpkin is probably the best thing to help give your sludge the greatest volume... but hot damn. The gas! So much water/fiber in it.. heh. You'll definitely be feeling it the day after that's for sure.

Not really even that much IMO. I'm used to 80-90g of fiber a day. lol. Just gotta have a good plunger handy!

It's definitely cheaper that way, having a local brand do it would be so convenient and cheap. the can's just aren't worth the extra $$$.

I've had greek yogurt exactly one time in my life and I almost threw up. It was so sour/bitter.
That being said, does adding SF pudding mixes, cream cheese, sweeteners, protein powders, etc etc. help get rid of the bitterness?

I used to be the man with proatmeal bowls a couple years ago, but I have fallen out of the game in a big way!
Now that I'm cutting it'd be plenty easier to fit greek yogurt into my macros rather than oats, which is why I'm asking this question in the first place.

Any ideas/suggestions would be greatly appreciated and reps will follow.

use 2% GY instead of FF (only adds 4.5g fat/ serving, same carbs and pro). WAYYYYYY less "tang" or sour taste, I can eat it plain... also, FA-GE>>>chobani btw....and yes adding things like pudding powder and sweeteners does considerably take away the tang.
