    I don't think he's bulking either. He's said he doesn't really lift so I'm guessing he's just maintaining his weight or at least attempting to maintain.

    its not really that bad. it keeps me in decent shape and i'll watch the local teams play...it goes by pretty quick. plus i feel like less of a waste of space watching the game doing cardio than i would on the couch with a beer.....andi love my beer, i just can't be having it every day

    I was saying he should. i'm losing a pound or so a week, gonna start incorporating refeeds post spring break.

    April 20th is my tentative end. I had scheduled for longer, but don't think I'll need it. I'm already ready to start adding muscle. I have a feeling this is gonna be a good offseason, especially starting so early

    i went from 50-60% of my cals 3-4hrs before bed to just keeping consistent 7-800 cal meals. that plus alot of water keeps me very full and the hunger at bay, and no bloated AF feeling

    @Lee: my end date is about the same. i'd like to get down to at least 170, then lean bulk all summer.

    more than ready to start building muscle again. all i see in the mirror now is things i need to bring up and its like what's the point of cutting lol

    Check your caloric intake. If you think you are accurate then bump your caloric intake up slowly. srs.

    Your calories are already too low so there is no way you can lower it more. You need to slowly increase you calories to fuel your workouts. Meanwhile you'll find out approximately where your maintenance is calorically. I've seen tons of anecdotal evidence of people increasing calories when doing a lot of cardio and then seeing weight loss after having their calories at ridiculously low levels. /broscience. No matter what you need to consume more than 2250 calories per day with that level of activity. Eat moar and keep good track of calories and macros.
