Thanks man. I can't do back to back days yet. My TM schedu was, heavy Mon, Tues. Light Wed. Heavy Fri. The mond/tues got to me always last time that I couldn't even do light wed. Luckily I know how to deal with inflammation now and my tendons are barely sore today. I only viewed this forum for like 5 times in my whole life but I learned enough to know this is a goddamn dirty website. Women are discussed here for thousands of pages until the evil men on this forum put together a plan to find and rape the girl who they are discussing. on these forums exist ****philes, drug dealers, terrorists, mobsters, bank robbers, street gangsters, communists, hackers, contract killers, drug weapons and human traffickers, pimps, money launderers and all the other scum of the earth that possibly exist are on these forums. I know if she was not aware something terrible could happen. I was thinking about informing the FBI but instead I let her know of this thread so she can take the measures herself. Hopefully she has gone off to tell her parents or local police department. its threads like these that go to far. Here we have this beautiful girl and many random guys are going on her website to threaten her, hit on her, try to lure her into vans etc. I refuse to just stand by and not do anything. So I awared her of the thread. You can neg me all you want, I dont care about a neg/rep system on a website for ****s and rapists. At the end of the day I know I did the right thing. Thanks everyone. Just taking a little vacation right now. Bout to go lift in a bit and see where I'm at. Not gonna lie my tendonitis in the left arm flared up again so the rest I got this weekend was amazing. The SOHP gains seem to hurt it a lot. Need to build up my arms more so they can handle my pressing and pulling strength better.
