I haven't been to the gym in 6-8 weeks now, doing judo/bjj as often as I can. I am trying to do 200kb swings a day, every day, with the 24kg. So far this week, I've done it 3 out of 4 days, and I follow that with 3 x 10 clean and press, or press overhead and hold for 40-60 second (3 times each arm), etc. Pretty interesting stuff. I'm trying to lower the number of sets I get 200 in, I'm down to 5 x 40. Gonna try 4 x 50 next time. Awesome for the posterior chain, overall endurance, and judo/bjj.

Not sure as to why. There's a lot of products that confuse me as to why they can't be shipped there, however.

Took part in a 5 on 5 dodgeball tourney yesterday. Launched a ball so hard at a Phi Psi's head (no hate wade ) that he caught it and fell back and almost fell over. It was so comical I wasn't even mad I was out.

Glad to see that you are enjoying the kettlebell workouts man, I told you they were great. Try incorporating Goblet squats after your swings. Also, Turkish Get Ups is a great exercise for martial artists.

He was manager just four years ago. It could be the fact I always saw him with sunglasses and hat so never actually saw his face.
