    Hey thanks Harry. I'm liking the fact that I've kind of found a groove. Not sure if my ass coming off the bench is a thing (Wade hasn't really commented on it), but it's awesome to see that I've broken through a plateau that I hit a few weeks back.

    It's still not that great today, so, one day at a time. I think the trap is influencing the headache/migraine.
