    Thanks man. Also to everyone else. I'm around 1500 cals right now. Not sure what I want to do about revamping. Debating it.

    c4 atm. ive used jack3d/jack3d micro. code red and N.O shotgun.

    shotguns a good "clean" preworkout. jack3d i think was over-hyped. C4 is pretty good. theyre all about the same.
    i always take one scoop though for bit of focus and alertness some days. i don't overdose on Pre's. so maybe why i don't really feel em.

    i hear good things bout Jekyll and hyde. craze was pulled her to test for amphetamines lol.. i was going to try it.

    about pumps i notice i get better pumps lately the leaner i get. when your fat you get chit pumps imo.

    I eat breakfast at 8 then lift at 11, then lunch then a casein shake at 4pm then all done eating until 8am the next morning

    I use jack3d but only on push pull days, legs I get my heartrate up redic high sometimes so no pre workout for legs

    Feel amazing, its pretty much IF with a shorter window. Similar to the warrior diet i think. Serge Nubret used to only eat 1 meal a day to lol.

    ya i pop 200mg pills. sometimes 2 of them if its a particularly rough morning.

    i dont get amazing pumps tbh no matter what... too fat i think. only time i can really notice is when i get a good chest pump going.

    i think if you are near your body weight you are fine considering its 1g/lbm..he could have 10 pounds of fat. which puts him in the right area.
    his calories are pretty low for someone his size but if its working for him.
