soliciting ideas for making wild iron's videos betterer. I'm getting an HD camera so I can do full HD and clean up the quality.

Thought about doing some occasional commentary on them (like everyone else seems to do nowadays), maybe bring back the Q&As a bit and go over them during the training videos...just wanna do something different with them.

What would you guys like to see, if anything?

I think you could do some solid stuff just by what you mentioned. I like ST vids and Mark Bell is entertaining and all, but his stuff gets a little old. Some Q&A would be nice, and really I think some implementation of progress discussion for the regular lifters (since most of them don't post on here and I like to see how they're doing without asking you a bunch of annoying questions on fb).

yeah I wanted to start talking about meets and stuff and what people are working on and maybe being a bit more selective on what goes into the videos.

I think a lot of newer/weaker lifters would like some commentary on the newer guys at wild iron and how their numbers are coming along.

I like the meet info and how you guys are going to structure the training up to the meet and the couple weeks after a meet.

You could probably get some womenz to watch the vids if you do some Q/A with the ladies of wild iron.

Guys, how much safety clearance do I realistically need for my squat rack to make sure I can assemble it without it raising over the ceiling?

I like the idea of audio commentary. It's nice knowing why a certain lifter is doing a given excercise, what their previous best was, etc. Makes watching the vids a lot more fun.

ISAKU and Judge- I'm gonna start wearing my bottoms a lot more squatting. If I plan to squat in an SC but don't want to stretch it out as bottoms, would it make any sense to use my TRX bottoms much more frequently to get to know them, or would you expect the groove to be different enough it would nullify any benefit?

I squat in bottoms every single squat workout.

I have a thick beard but a little part on my chin doesn't like to grow, tried Rogaine on it, turrible rash.
