Roommate and I decided to celebrate "Pi" day (by having pizza PIe's)
Here's mine: Bacon, Ham, Pineapples, Banana Peppers, and Jalapeno.
Couldn't find exact macros for each slice, but I estimated around 300-330 calories per slice.
Curry chicken w/ sweet and spicy mango sauce
adapted the mango sauce recipe from: http://blog.junbelen.com/2011/06/08/...aron-rebozado/
I didn't add pineapple (as I didn't have it on hand).
If you were wondering how I made it, I fried the curry chicken first then coated the chicken with the mango sauce after.
Chicken breast cooked in coconut milk (Adobong Gata)

this my american friends is a scone
Do you know what you do when you see one of these crumbly, buttery, bad ass motherf*ckers?
You don't put gravy on it.
split it in two while it's still warm, you add butter, raspberry or strawberry jam (NOT JELLY!)
you then apply a generous amount of clotted cream and enjoy with a spot of tea.
pip pip old chaps.

This might not look like much, compared to some of the culinary masterpiece found in here, but damnit the weather in Michigan is finally warm and I got to break out my grill with some lump charcoal! Just a Choice Angus Porterhouse from Kroger. About a 20oz. Ended up having some homemade mashed taters and steamed broccoli with it.

That is like a sophisticated version of a jelly donut. Bite into the buttery, slightly powdered sugared donut and BOOM explosion of jelly (or in your case, jam) that goes perfectly with the buttery dough. But damn, they should include clotted cream or something similar in American jelly donuts now!! Just realized how amazing that combo would be.
Props for meat mastery. That well exceeds the expectations of MEN (well at least mine). Hope you ate the whole 20oz. beauty yourself!

Went to one of my favorite restaurants last night, Genghis Grill. It's a Mongolian BBQ place. Basically they have a ton of raw meats, veggies, sauces and spices in a "salad bar" type setup. You get a bowl and pile it up with what you want, then the dudes there stir fry it for you and bring it to the table. You also get to choose between brown rice, fried rice, udon noodles and tortillas to go with the stir fry bowl. The best part is that you can make as may bowls as you want. I had three bowls....
**Note - been using my ****ty 3g iphone for pics lately, please excuse the poor quality, eligible for a 4s upgrade in June so I'm counting down the days... ***
ETA: hard to tell what's all in the bowls b/c of the crap camera but all three consisted mostly of chicken, shredded beef, marinated beef cubes, sausage, pepperoni, broc, onion, carrot, green onion, cabbage, baby corn, bean sprouts, honey soy sauce, sweet and spicy sauce and dragon sauce.
Bowl #1
Bowl #2
Bowl #3

St Pats breakfast - eggs, rice cake w/biscoff spread and green cottage cheese. Yes, weird. But, while green beer flowed like wine (D&D line-ish)... I stuck to this
Also tried my hand for the first time at corned beef and cabbage... prepared traditionally then cut the fat for a bowl serving and sandwich serving
It was pretty good! I loaded the sandwich with the cabbage/celery/onion from the cooking processMS, OTC, NASM-CPT, CES, FNS
IIFYM with whole, mostly unprocessed foods and allowance for BALANCE in my life = win.
Work in Progress
