In the Corps we had "Dirty" cause slept with anything he could get his hands on, "Seeker" cause he had one eye that always looked a different direction and looking for its target much like our Stinger Missile, "Cornflake" cause the kid was small, skinny, and brown.

Of the PC ones I can remember -

"Ahab", because he loved to slay fat chicks. Best wingman ever.
"Sleepy" had a lazy eye after an IED and could also sleep anywhere so it was fitting.
"Kung Fu" was my Chinese buddy who would get drunk and mimic karate moves to avoid fights but didn't know any martial arts (he used to just say he's Asian so nobody would mess with him if he pretended he knew it).
"Goober" ate his boogers. Like for real. He would hold them up to the light and admire them before snacking on 'em.
"Lefty" lost his right testicle after it got ruptured during a training jump and he was stuck up in a tree for hours while they had to figure out how to get him down.
"Righty" was his best friend - he was drunk when he got to the hospital, and was trying to convince the doctor to take his right testicle for his buddy.
"Dracula" used to brag the only time he went down on his old lady was when Aunt Flo was visiting. Weird SOB.

I'm sure there's more, that's the only ones I can remember right now.
