That's because PL isn't really that complicated. He stresses front squats for squatting, which has had mind-blowing results for some lifters (one I trained put 100 lbs on his squat in 5 weeks with a program I wrote based on this principle), but really most of his best advice is devoted to righting some of the misconceptions and misunderstood cues in PL. As far as programming, I doubt there aren't going to be any mind-blowing secrets unearthed. People have been doing this quite a while--most of the improvements you'll get after a basic understanding of training knowledge will be incrementally beneficial.

i agree with this i had stopped using front squats for a while and recently put them back in my training and iv seen my squat go up

i leave for a bit and come back to 9 pages. hey guys. doing better, but still not going to be super regular here. mostly just before my 1st class in the morning while i wait for my coffee to kick in and to update my log.

i'm only taking 14 credit hours and i feel like i'm the busiest i've ever been. all of my classes require so much work outside of class, much more than ever. i feel like i'm putting in so much effort and not getting a ton out of it. but if i don't do it, i lose more than i gained by doing it.

Keep up the effort. Itll be worth it. I snapped under pressure when I was 21 and dropped out. Took me 2 years to get back in.

runtocatch 4 the win. he may get more strict about what he eats around meet prep/cutting time, but after hearing some inside info about elite lifters and their outright lies about what and how much they eat, even if he did post something about his nutrition i wouldn't believe a damn word anyway.

Regular fronts with a barbell tear my shoulder joint up to the point that I feel like it's gonna start messing up my bench. NO bueno. A harness sucks. I'm excited.

Yeah and has a nutrition coach who designs a meal plan and tells him what to eat when.

Agreed, but he's doing something right if he's stayed in the same weight class while upping his total at that level. Was mostly curious about leading up to a meet but as he said he just eats what his coach tells him and doesn't pay attention to how much.
