That's because PL isn't really that complicated. He stresses front squats for squatting, which has had mind-blowing results for some lifters (one I trained put 100 lbs on his squat in 5 weeks with a program I wrote based on this principle), but really most of his best advice is devoted to righting some of the misconceptions and misunderstood cues in PL. As far as programming, I doubt there aren't going to be any mind-blowing secrets unearthed. People have been doing this quite a while--most of the improvements you'll get after a basic understanding of training knowledge will be incrementally beneficial.

runtocatch 4 the win. he may get more strict about what he eats around meet prep/cutting time, but after hearing some inside info about elite lifters and their outright lies about what and how much they eat, even if he did post something about his nutrition i wouldn't believe a damn word anyway.

Hey guyz what's up??? Well, the other day I tried racking a front squat with a football bar. HOLY SHITBALLS. Try it. I'm doing them on monday will have vid up then.
Regular fronts with a barbell tear my shoulder joint up to the point that I feel like it's gonna start messing up my bench. NO bueno. A harness sucks. I'm excited.1708 total @220 Raw
