im going to have to guess and say good insulin sensitivity, genetics come into play when it comes down to nutrition, some people respond well to low carbs, some can respond well to high carbs, some moderate/high fats etc. Theres some research out there that shows evidence towards high carb diets and insulin sensitivity that suggests better fat/weight loss.

Sprayed a bowl with some pam. Cracked two eggs into the bowl. Added all the dry ingredients as well as a little water to get the right cake batter type consistency. Microwaved for about 2 minutes (this part will probably vary by microwave). Flipped the bowl upside down on a plate, cake popped right out. Cut up some strawberries and poured some Walden Farms chocolate sauce on it.

Wait, so weighing your meat cooked is a bad idea? You lose fat/water after it's been on a grill for 20 minutes, wouldn't it make more sense to weigh it cooked...

Cutting is so much easier during football season being over. Being surrounded by beer/wings/chips etc..

So many tests and papers due the next few weeks before spring break. Just eating bigger meals, taking EC and staying busy makes it easy as fuk. Adding in more cardio, I study anatomy and stuff while doing stairs.
