im going to have to guess and say good insulin sensitivity, genetics come into play when it comes down to nutrition, some people respond well to low carbs, some can respond well to high carbs, some moderate/high fats etc. Theres some research out there that shows evidence towards high carb diets and insulin sensitivity that suggests better fat/weight loss.

Sprayed a bowl with some pam. Cracked two eggs into the bowl. Added all the dry ingredients as well as a little water to get the right cake batter type consistency. Microwaved for about 2 minutes (this part will probably vary by microwave). Flipped the bowl upside down on a plate, cake popped right out. Cut up some strawberries and poured some Walden Farms chocolate sauce on it.

Up protein and drop carbs I'd say. At 220 carbs a day you don't really need a refeed, especially if you're only 3 weeks into your cut.

Thanks guys, appreciate it. How low would i drop carbs to? I workout 4x a week with a similar training style as phat.

And on another note, how do i subscribe to this thread so I don't have to search it everytime I'm on?

i seem to respond better to high carbs too, planning on lowering fats a lot more than carbs when i start my cut

having that said, preparing a 1500 kcals and 90g protein meal now

Wait, so weighing your meat cooked is a bad idea? You lose fat/water after it's been on a grill for 20 minutes, wouldn't it make more sense to weigh it cooked...

If youre going to measure your meat cooked, make sure youre getting the macros of the COOKED version and vice versa.
