He's doing extremely well given what happened to him. When everything happened, I thought he was going to be severely impaired for the rest of his life (if he made it at all). Right now he just has some balance issues and gets dizzy sometimes, but that might eventually go away with therapy.

Riding course was a success... passed with flying colors. Highly recommend to any of you *******s. Went from "never rode a bike" to "pretty proficient" in 1 weekend, and licensed.

i can't do weighted dips i don't think...the only dip station is one of those friggin assisted ones, so i have to put a weight on the kneepad to keep it down at the bottom, which i think would get in the way of a hanging weight

Iron Stone Ventures riding course at Bunker Hill Community college... they have em all over Mass. They provide little 250cc bikes they teach you and take license test on.

congrats. but remember you were in a parking lot with 250's. real life is much different especially with a bigger and faster bike.

speaking of which in Massachusetts do you have to go through an insurance broker or can you just work with the company directly. I've had this guy since I was 16 but he's been sucking lately. Suppose to change my motorcycle insurance from travelers to safety and he hasn't sent me an application. Been getting notices in the mail from travelers.

fuarkk gettin stronger even on my cut.... down to a lean(er) 155 lbs... DB press 100 x6 on my last set..... then do weighted dips +90 lbs x6 reps.... PHAT routine = WIN

Nice mang, keep up the cut it'll be worth it in the end. I just started to bulk up again due to you guys making me feel small lol. Hit 95's on incline last set for 6 was pumped.

This powerfit place is the sh*t can't get better. most people in there at a time is like 10 and youll never have to wait for anything lol
