Are you a juggs hater mendee
I think a nice set of b cups are great on the right body. A small d is what it think is really good. Although most women wear straps too big ie
36b when they should be a 32 d
Cup sizes ftw. It happens to american women more than other places though

This is good to know, because I just started doing exactly what nads described. I started my body part split a couple of weeks ago, and my front delts were so hammered from chest day that I decided to limit my overhead pressing work to a low rep clean/press combo. This past week my delts didn't feel nearly as hammered, so I guess I just needed a little time to adjust to the change.
Looks like I'll probably want to up the reps and volume on the overhead pressing sooner than later.

Asian refers to people; Oriental refers to things.
At least that's what was politically correct a few years ago. It changes so often that eventually it won't be okay to say anything. We'll have to communicate using clicking sounds and facial expressions.
And now, there are a lot of asses you need to go back and kick.

It was meant to be lame bruh.
Yep remember your body doesn't know you weren't trying to hit front delts on those pressing days. So adjust overall pressing with all pressing in mind. That will keep you muscles fresh and not wasting time or repsCha Cha Cha

see thats the thing, every single bb is doing a shoulder press, im thinking if i combined high volume high rep isos with a shoulder press i might be able to get it going again, but i only feel my anterior delts working with shoulder press and i already have enough of that...
Indian American, but then people might think im native american LOLMy Workout Journal:

i tried the iso route, and honestly it worked really well for me for a while
but the problem for me at least is that its impossible to progress on shoulder isos
and eventually u feel like u need a lil more? doing all isos gets mentally boring
bc there is no "fear" in trying to go for PRs and suchMy Workout Journal:

That's what I didn't get. If someone called me "Occidental" or "Mediterranean" it wouldn't offend me at all, especially in the context.
That's what I was "informed" of, but didn't agree. Oriental simply means Eastern.
I can see the insult in calling someone "colored" or native Americans "indians", or the associative insult of "wop" or "kyke", I just didn't get the built in insult of "oriental".
Though Wiki is not the ultimate source, some of the points are interesting.

Ok lost are you Indian born in India or are you Indian born in America before it was invaded but other people?
If you are Indian/India then do you just say you are Indian? (I know you live in America now which makes you American as well)
I've never classed Indians as Asians either, I've always just thought of Indians as Indians.Perfection in mind, perfect body!

if the actual group of people the term is directed at doesn't take offense, then the term is fair game.
another PC term i've never used is african-american. i've always used black and i don't know a black person that has taken offense to being called black.
my wife is black, she doesn't know any person in her family from africa, so why would she call herself african american. my neighbor looks black but his dad is black, his mom is british, and he was born in england but is an american citizen..... what is he? a british-african?

East Asian for "Asians"?
South Asian for Indians/Pakistanis etc?
Two things about the "no Orientals" bothered me.
One, I don't understand the insult (would like to if there is one, if not, I hate PC just for the sake of it)
Two, I think that lumping people is MORE insulting, as in the "all you ____ look alike".CSCS, ACSM cPT.
