    watched the video of the deadlifts before I read what the weight was. Assumed a 135lb form check, to which I was gonna say, bar path looks excellent, then noticed it was 400 fukcing lbs. dafuq wish why are you playing around with 400lbs like that?!?! thats freakin STRONG

    Happy with how things went on leg training this morning. Decided to push it a little this morning on FS and hit rep PR it was only 2 reps but I was only able to get 225 for 1 awhile back.

    Also increased the weight on my paused squats as well this morning, along with paused leg press. The paused squats was a bit harder but still hit my #s. Legs are definitely becoming stronger.




    Heavy Squat

    Warm Up: 45x15, 135x10, 225x5, 275x3

    Squats - 3 sets 2 reps
    340x2, 340x2, 340x2

    Front Squat - 2 sets 2 reps
    225x2, 225x2

    Pause Squat - 3 sets 2 reps

    Thanks woody.. FS first rep went up pretty easy so I took in another deep breath an went again lol. Thought about trying for a 3rd but the 2 second rep was a grinder. The 275 pause was a struggle but nailed it.

    WOW! I missed some very nice PR's. Those DL's were awesome and now I really understand the box squat DL. I will say it took me a minute to figure out the white fluffy stuff in the vid was a towel. Must be Friday!! And excellent FS PR!
