Happy with how things went on leg training this morning. Decided to push it a little this morning on FS and hit rep PR it was only 2 reps but I was only able to get 225 for 1 awhile back.
Also increased the weight on my paused squats as well this morning, along with paused leg press. The paused squats was a bit harder but still hit my #s. Legs are definitely becoming stronger.
Heavy Squat
Warm Up: 45x15, 135x10, 225x5, 275x3
Squats - 3 sets 2 reps
340x2, 340x2, 340x2
Front Squat - 2 sets 2 reps
225x2, 225x2
Pause Squat - 3 sets 2 reps
275x2, 275x2, 275x2
Standing Claves - 3 sets 8 reps
315x8, 315x8, 315x8
Paused Leg Press - 3 sets 6 reps
600x6, 600x6, 600x6
