i know that feel bro. I go running typically at 8AM on saturday, its 29 degrees right now. Stupidly cold. I remember when i was 9000% bodyfat i would never be cold, that was the only benefit of fat.

It is 75 degrees out today and absolutely beautiful.

Went on a two hour hike with my dog during babies nap time and found a lake, got a pic of some turtles on a log (will post later), and came back with a noticeable tan.

They just woke up so going to try to take them to some nearby basketball courts and see if they will be patient enough in the stroller to let us play a game or two. Trying to be as active as possible...mood is x1000 right now. I know it's from getting out and about, def want to do as often as possible from here on out.

It's a ridiculous 83 degrees here. I don't think it ever got under 40 so far which actually kind of pisses me off.

We usually have days where it hits low 30's high 20's but no such luck this Winter. I'm disappointed actually.

I don't like Celsius because the numbers too low. There's a pretty big difference between 74f and 78f but if you use Celsius it's only 2 numbers different and you have to use a decimal to be precise.

I know it's more uniform with 0 being freezing, and I actually like the metric system with mm cm m km etc because it's all uniform but when it comes to temperature I still prefer Fahrenheit.

Someone should do a report on the dangers of going from obese to lean and fit, having rest days and feeling like yer tripping on the walls bursting with energy and no lifting to spend it on feels bad, could lead to depression I bet.
