ha honestly, it's ****ed up and i know it. it's just that eating pig is really easy to avoid so it's not too big a deal for me. say what you will though. it is what it is

It depends on a few factors.
12-8% can be a tedious process, especially since your calories are pretty low 1800 at 187 lbs isn't optimal imo.
The thing you got going for you is you haven't implemented cardio yet, so if you stay metabolically healthy the whole way you could get sub 10%, keep your carbs as high as you can while still losing weight, and starting adding cardio when you start to stall.

Also, don't have preset meals, track them macros brah for your own sanity sake.
