And I would be playing against him when he decides to start hitting homers. I’m pretty much done with this season already. Traded for Severino and he is hurt. Carrasco is getting lit up like a Christmas tree. My entire staff is pure chit. Me dropping Boyd is going to kill me all season long as he looks to be a legit top 25 pitcher for this season.

You've had bad luck for sure. And your early schedule is brutal, facing the top 4 teams from last year in the first 5 weeks. It's a long season and your guys will start performing sooner than later, hang in there brah. Did note the Peralta add though. Dude is a roller-coaster, pitcher's version of Justin Upton. He'll get bombed one week then throw a gem next time out, nothing in between. Luckily for my squad this week was bomb week.

Re: Boyd, he's looked good but his fly-ball rate is off the charts. He'll obviously regress and I don't think he'll be top 25. Probably more like top 40, which you can probably find on the wire if you make the right moves.

Advice: Osuna was called upon to preserve a two-run lead and needed just 15 pitches (10 strikes) to slam the door. He flew into the heart of Krazy and got Mitch Haniger to fly out, Domingo Santana to ground out and whiffed Jay Bruce to end it. The 24-year-old righty owns a 1.23 ERA and 7/0 K/BB ratio in eight appearances this season. He's among the handful of truly elite fantasy closers.

Yea, it was absurd. I kept checking back to see if spaz took era while my pitchers were getting lit up but to my surprise they didnt. Pretty lucky

But why you no call out my .337 avg and .1010 ops without trout or lindor?

Guess the silver lining is my pitching should improve and my offense has been killing it with Goldie and Mookie hitting .200 and .230 a piece. Goldie doing his first month no show act again, minus one day, but the power is at least there this time around. Franmil Reyes is also tops in the leagues in XBA and XSLG but has had god awful luck in the babip dept and is finally getting some extra base hits/taters.

Just frustrating as fukk that my last 3 matchups (counting my first round playoff appearance as one) my teams led all week then sht the bed late. Just gotta ride it out.

In bullpen news Vizcaino BACK on the DL and we still won’t sign Kimbrel who only wants a very reasonable 3/50 deal.

F*ck the Braves for not signing a single RP this offseason. Didn’t need to be Kimbrel, there was like 5 real strong options

Even if we get there, Can’t imagine going into the playoffs with these guys pitching the back end of games for us. Why bother?

I have to give it to you man, great week last week. I kept battling but just could not make up ANY ground. I go from a great first week to an absolutely brutal second week. You deserve the win man, your team is loaded.
