Best Overall Pre-Workout Energy/Pump Supplement?

to all White Flood users, I am going to purchase a tub of 100 servings within the next week, and I would like to know what flavor is the best one? I appreciated any advice on this. thank you.

every flavor that controlled labs has is very unique, at least in my opinion. first few times you take it may throw you off a little bit but after that you love the flavor.

I agree, from golden gains apple pie to white flood fruit punch, our products dont taste like any others on the market.

jack3d works best for me!

I usually workout later in the evenings. I work pretty long hours and to prevent 5am workouts, I usually workout after work - so I need a major boost. I've tried only a few things, NO Xplod, a few different pills, and ON's new AmiNO. I do need a higher dosage, usually 3 scoops, but it does the trick and works great without being tough on my wallet. Still open to try other items, but in my limited experience I found jack3d works great!

I like Endorush and those little shooters they have now, too. I'm not sure it does much more than give me awesome energy, though.

Check out K-Otic from AAEFX. It's newly released, but they've been developing it for 3 years now. It's like adrenaline in a bottle.

Im actually on K-Otic right now, its decent, nothing too special, and not "adrenaline in a bottle" in my opinion.

Superpump is still my favorite hands down.

I take N.O. Xplod right now and have for about 3 weeks. I thought it was the best stuff out there only because I haven't tried a pre workout supp before. Reading this though makes me really want to switch it up. It seems White Flood is very popular. I'm going to give that a try!

Tried with one and a half the next time, also feel no different... No feel of focus, strength or pump, etc.. I think this thing got no effect on me...

Had tried maximize from I-force before, and it's a total different feel man.. Can feel the tingling, focus and so much energy... I wonder why bb.com took it off the rack...

its suggested 1-2 scoops. try the full 2 scoops. most people like it best at that level. also, are you taking it with food? how long before you started using it had you finished the other stimulant preworkout?

For the past few days, I took it without food... on empty stomach before workout.. Should i take it after some food?
Haven been on pre-workout before except the maximize i mentioned which is a sample pack sent to me the last time... But i'm a heavy coffee drinker.. Does it cause the immunity?

dont go above 2 scoops. try it with a small carb meal like a rice cake or granola bar. I would cut your coffee intake as well if its "heavy" as you described

to White Flood ok energy, good flavor, ok pumps, good stamina

Thats what I've tryied:
On first position:
1) Superpump 250: Its just awesome
2) Hemo Rage black: Focus, kick, tons of energy, fat loss, and the best think it made my heard beat like crazy.
3) JP8: Very strong focus, and high energy levels
4) Jack3d and Warrior Rage: Simple focus, simple energy, good pumps
5) Shotgun V3: Kick, energy, fat loss, but no focus for me.
6) PreSurge Unleashed: kick, high energy levels, stupid focus, and it crashes
7) Ultima: focus, normal energy levels, but there are no stimulants, so u dont feel the boost

Every time i take only one scoop

My current faves:

1) Cryoshock--- just finally got a chance to try this after being a huge fan of velocity xt, and WOW, definitely didnt disappoint. Strength gains, great taste (lemon-lime for life), mixability (something i took for granted until I didn't have it), and endurance through the roof, with no crash. Strictly superior.

2) Jack3d--- Great energy, mixes well, tastes good, good boost for my workout, although I found I liked it more when I stacked it with Green Mag or Cell Mass, the added creatine and less stim combo helped my pumps and strength considerably.

3) LG Anadraulic State GT--- tastes like dirt thats been boned by a hobo, mixes like pure chalky ass, but gave me great workouts, strength gains, and is a really solid product if you can stomach it.

4) Black Powder--- a good solid product, I still drop by GNC and grab a single stick if I forget my PWO and it does the trick with no BS.

I personally like NO xplode but it gives me the ****s every time I take it... lol ... but ive been taking Jack 3d, not as good a pump IMO, but not as much crap in it either
