when i saw this happen i didn't know what to do. was thinking of ways to destroy this guy's heart and soul for not reading page 1 but by the time i got to the end of the replies i had forgotten what i was gonna say to him.

And now he's gone, probably never to return. He's stronger than most guys that are 6'4 with his 200lb squat though, so I probably wouldn't say anything to him anyway. I value my life.

Yeah, probably the case. I was feeling exceptionally puny after reading the post.

I did find a couple pics of guys pressing 190-lb DB's on youtube. But they were extra monster-y, monstrous monsters. On instance, creating the 190 lb DB's required lots of duct tape.

Ah...never did it with beer. Always had a cup of Crown or jack...needless to say, couldn't have the shower too hot or I'd feel kind of faint lol. Beer seems like it would be much more satisfying...but when you're a lady wearing tight clothing all night, a gut full of beer is something to be concerned about
