I've noticed something; Whenever a woman wants you to do something for them they know you wont want to do they call upon you by your first. It's weird but it always happens no matter who the woman is.

George Farah is regarded as the best guru of the pros, though. He may be bro-y, but he gets exceptional results. Part of that is a good understanding of the other part, though.

Idk some body builder I know posted this on fb and said it was something every bodybuilder should see. I started watching like 15 min in when he was talking about how different wheys are superior to another and how he maintains his physique because of his strict diet dispite lifting like once a month.
