Thanks. I dunno if you're in Aus but if so I use Bazaar pizza bases sold at both Coles/Woolies. I've used other ones though they work just as well. I don't really deviate too much from the standard homemade pizza method;
Preheat 430 f, or 220 c
1 - 1-2 tablespoons of tomato paste or a brand pizza sauce (I just get Coles brand or w/e is cheap), spread out evenly with spoon
2- Layer with whatever meat you want cut into small cubes and/or veggies. For things like mushrooms or mince I usually throw in a hot pan for a min or two beforehand to release the water so I don't get a soggy pizza. Skinless chicken breast is fine to put on raw it won't make it soggy and cooks perfectly. Veggies I do are kalamata olives, capsicum, mushrooms, onion, garlic, jalapenos, capers. Not necessarily all of them but I use them regularly. Lately, chicken + cheese + onion/garlic + capers works fine and is very simple.
3- Layer with cheese. I use reduced fat mozarella, 125g of it for a large pizza suits me fine
4- Throw in the oven for 10-12 minutes. I usually go back halfway through and spin it around so it cooks evenly but that might just be because my oven is retarded.
Hardest part is not eating it straight out of the oven because you will burn the **** out of your mouth.fluglotse

Lunch yesterday afternoon..... x lean turkey garden salad and cinnamon sweet roasted baby carrots
My pre bed meal each and every night....pre mixed....1 cup GY, 1 cup CC, 1 cup Frozen Strawberries, Splenda + Cinnamon
Today after workout meal....hodgepodge....sweet potato gnocchi, topped with mix of pumpkin puree, whey, almond milk egg white. nuked on high for 5 mins.
Nothing special about the sweet potato gnocchi as I was hoping for. Taste just like normal pasta but in nugget form I guess.UNBA Men's Physique Athlete

Mirin new cam skills Anurag...
Amazing how a little depth of field can make a meal look about a thousand times more appetizing...
Wo wo wo, all that lead up to that gnocchi and this is what you do with it? Even packaged gnocchi deserves a little more respect than throwing it in the microwave and drowning it in canned pumpkin puree. Sonimdissapoint...

Thanks!
Just note that it says 2 pizza bases in that pic, but it actually only means one. For some reason it thinks 1 packet = 2 x 110g bases for total of 220g. But it's actually 1 packet = 2 x 220g bases for a total of 440g. So that's why it's doubled up. Don't go eating 2 huge pizza bases thinking they are only 300 kcal each lmao.
And as for the pizza sauce, 50g - which they call one serving - is only 28 kcal and last time I actually measured out how much I used it was a lot less than what they consider a serving. Usually for all the additional things I add (onion, garlic, capers, mushrooms) I don't even bother counting, I just eat ~75 kcal less than I normally would for that day. Too tedious for a hungry pizza lover like me.fluglotse
