Stomach vacuums=goat.
Brought in my lower stomach and flattened up midsection. Abs are popping more when relaxed.
I do sets through the day/work with at least 10 second Holds.
Taking a healthier approach to my life in terms of diet/cardio/preventive care ect.

Been working on basically the same chit since 8am this morning. Scheduled to keep working it till 8pm when i can hand off to a colleague for the night.
Been staying safe though. 2 granola bars and a cheese stick for snacks. Bout to have some ground turkey tacos for dinner. hnng** Patriots Crew **

Just carbed the fuk up on a bowl of general tsoas chicken an white rice. Got an hour long lecture then gonna see if my back can hold together well enough to squat. Probably be done in the gym and showered by 10. Still got 1500 cals to kill after that hnnnnnnggggggggg.

its getting down to the nitty gritty. you better keep lifting or youre gone.
I used to be able to do 225x20 on bench. now I can do it like 8. fml. this shoulder thing ****ed me so hard. I think im missing like half the muscle in my left shoulder now. god I look so poverty. and thanks to strength training my chest is smaller. 8-12 for maximum pump and volume is the GOAT. 3-5 reps is garbage. maybe its good if youre on cell tech. id rather look like I can bench 335 than actually do it.

Gotta get in on this SCC progress Thursday. Not much different but also not in sickening downlighting. No pump, ate like 100 cals so far. Not vascular cuz cold as chit. We're all gonna make it brahs.
