If you play fast paced video games, the 60hz may be a let down. It would look a little blurry.

Otherwise, it seems like a good deal.

B. I like how your trump card is ad hominems. I'm not a professional mixed martial artist. I never suggested that I could go around KOing SEALs. You put those words in my mouth.

C. The discussion was about professional MMA fighters vs. Navy SEALs. I relayed that I train with professional MMA fighters and contribute to their standup training. I relayed that I understand the skill level, intracacies, and training modalities of professional MMA fighters from first-hand experience. I also relayed that I have seen rude and cocky non-SEAL servicemen who did have hand-to-hand training get steamrolled time and time again. I have done it a few times to these guys. Our respective skill levels in comparison to the SEAL and pro fighter I think is an accurate gauge of the disparity between specific training modalities regarding hand-to-hand combat. Scale them up, and results are going to be the same was my suggestion.

D. You're obviously mad enough to resort to childish exaggerations, taking things out of context, and fabricating suggestions and arguments entirely on my behalf.

So i'm taking a class soon, just ordered a holster and mag carrier. I need a decent belt. Note this is for only class so doesn't need to be tier1 but also not a piece of **** that will break in the middle of all day class... any suggestions?

Lawler, any tips for somebody trying to get into heavy bag training? I hit mine for awhile tonight for the first time. I got the everlast c3 kit with everlasting gloves/wraps. My first thoughts are that I need to clear out more space around it, and I shouldn't hit it as hard starting out. My wrists were hurting after just warming up to it.

YouTube is your friend. There are a bunch of bag drills and conditioning videos on there. 3 minute rounds on the bag and rope work should cure most cardio ills.

A little bit of running and biking with it will go a long way.

I bought a 240hz LED and I still noticed blurring while watching football. I took it back and bought a Panasonic plasma.
