Still looking to make that flan but it never comes out right
Here is my stab and I do this every week as I have a very sweet tooth and this prevents me from eating the bad stuff.
Protein Cheesecake
•12 oz Greek Cream Cheese (I buy at Walmart)
•10oz Plain Greek Yogurt
•2 Whole Eggs
•1-2 Tbsp Stevia
•¼ Cup Milk
•3 Scoops Protein
•1tsp Vanilla Extract
•Dash Salt
•Pre-made Oatmeal Crust (again from Wally World)
1. Few hours before making put the Greek Cream Cheese into a bowl to softten up at room temp.
2.Preheat oven to 325°
3. Put the Greek Yogurt, 2 whole eggs, stevia, milk, salt, and vanilla extract into a bowl...add the milk and blend with hand blender. Try to get some air into the mixture by going up and down in the bowl.
4. Add in the Whey...and mix for another 5 min or until you see that Whey has mixed completely in.
5. Pour into oatmeal crust pan and I always have some leftover and put them into smaller baking containers.
6.Bake at 325° for 25min then turn down the oven to 200° and continue baking for an additional hour.
7. Let cool in fridge for 4-5 hours (I usually let it cool overnight in the fridge) -- add topping if desired

this is a great recipe:
https://dashingdish.com/recipe/choco...otein-granola/
3 cups Old fashioned oats
1/4 cup Baking stevia OR 1/2 cup sweetener that measures like sugar
1 tsp Baking powder
1/2-3/4 tsp Salt (to taste)
1/2 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
1 Scoop Protein powder (plain, vanilla, or chocolate)
1/8 cup Honey
1/4 cup Egg whites
3 tbs Nut butter, melted (or unsweetened applesauce or coconut oil)
3 tbs Chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper or foil sprayed with cooking spray. Set aside.
To a large bowl, mix all of the dry ingredients together, followed by the wet ingredients, (everything except chocolate chips), and stir until the oats are moist, and clumps begin to form
Bake granola for 15 minutes, then remove from the oven and stir. Add chocolate chips and return to the oven for an additional 15 minutes. Stir again and let sit until it is completely cool. It will begin to harden as it cools. Store in an air tight container for up to 2 weeks.

Tried two samples of the chocolate flavour.
Mixes thick and the flavour is a nice milky chocolate. Wish it was darker though. But what I really like about it is that its not too sweet and the thickness. You can't get much done in life if you only work on the days when you feel good.

My protein pancake recipe;
I just use protein powder + eggs.. maybe some apple pectin. never turns out like rubber.. Hot pan and medium heat is important though.
I like to just make 1 big pancake, slather the toppings and fold it into triangles..
1. 1 egg + 2 whites. (I prefer less yolks because I find that too many yolks makes it too eggy and ruins the taste) + 1 tbsp of fibre (optional) + 30g of protein powder (whey+casein mix gives the best results IMO)
2. Heat pan on high. Once a drop of batter cooks instantly on the surface, turn the heat to medium. Drop batter into pan
3. Wait till bubbles appear on the top and the sides come loose easily. Fold/roll and slide off pan.

a simple recipe that takes 10 minutes
http://powerhungry.com/2013/01/no-ba...-protein-bars/
1 cup old-fashioned or quick-cooking rolled oats
1-1/3 cups plain nondairy milk
½ cup natural, unsweetened nut or seed butter
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1-1.5 Scoops Whey
Place the oats in a food processor and process into a fine powder.
Add the milk, nut or seed butter and vanilla to the processor bowl. Process, using on/off pulses, until the mixture is blended and smooth, stopping to scrape the sides and bottom of the bowl once or twice with a rubber spatula.
Add the protein powder to bowl; process using on/off pulses until all of the protein powder is incorporated, stopping to scrape the sides and bottom of the bowl once or twice with a rubber spatula.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan. Place a large piece of parchment paper, wax paper or plastic wrap (coated with nonstick cooking spray) atop bar mixture and use it to spread and flatten the bars evenly in the pan. Cover and refrigerate overnight until very firm.
Using the liner, lift the mixture from the pan and transfer to a cutting board. Peel off the foil or parchment and cut into 10 bars.

French toast cups
Basically a modified monkey bread recipe.
just cut the bread into strips. Soak in a batter of eggs, protein powder and sugar/sweetener. Then layer it in cupcake trays. Bake till the top is golden brown. I use my toaster oven which doesnt have temperature settings, so I just use the highest setting.

I've never gotten around to trying any supplements from ANS and I've read some good reviews on
your PW Ritual and your thermogenic powder so maybe this will be a good way to try something from
ANS so I'm going to throw up a recipe that I made for a protein review that I did in June/July and I
usually don't post up macros because I do a LOT of reviews and I ALWAYS post up the recipes and
for all the reviews I do it does become a little time consuming but on this particular thread I did post
up some of the macros so I'm going to post up a really delicious creation I made with a vanilla protein.
