Hello everybody!! My name is Polgas and welcome to my 6 month transformation log where I’ll be logging my progress to see how much I can gain naturally in 6 months, or before I reach my 40th birthday this coming September.
I’ve been a member of this forum since 2006, and have been working out since 2004. I’ve never been consistent though and would often stop working out for months, so my gains for the past 9 years have been minimal, if at all. This has changed recently as I’ve been religiously working out for the past 8-10 months (a personal record), and have enjoyed every second of it, despite having injuries here and there. My motivation is at an all time high and don’t see any reason to stop now or ever.
Current goals:
Squat 300 lbs by the end of the year.
Deadlift 400 lbs by the end of the year.
Single arm DB press 100 lbs by the end of the year.
These are my current pics:
I will post an after pic on September 2013, and if there isn’t any noticeable difference please NEG me to the deep red.
I will be addding the following supplements as follows:
DS Triazole + AI D-Aspartic Acid - first 2 months starting at 2/24/2013
MN X-Factor Advanced + CL Glycergrow + AI LCLT - 3rd and 4th month
Athletic Edge Nutrition - 5th and final month
Other supplements that I am, will, or might use:

I'm on my 3rd day of Triazole and DAA. I don't expect to feel anything till after the 12th day, which is the amount of days it takes for DAA to increase testosterone by 40% +/-. Even if I don't feel anything, but as long as I keep on progressing on my compound lifts, I'll be happy with this log.

I've been using SAN's Launch 4350 for the past month or so and loving it.
Definitely one of the best PWO out there. Below is a link to my sponsored log:
http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=151302403
Tomorrow is leg day and my 2nd workout where I'll be doing squats as my main compound exercise. I always avoided them because it would make me really uncomfortable and in pain, especially on my knees and lower back. After tweaking my form and extending my warm up period, the pain and the discomfort is all but gone. Hope it stays that way. My lifts are pretty weak right now but I'm very hopeful that I'll be able to squat 250-300 by the end of the year.

Leg Day: 02/28/2013
Happy that I added 10 lbs to my last set of squats. Not so happy that I couldn't squat 185 lbs for 3 reps... It's not my muscles that's giving up but my joints. My knee caps feel like they are about to pop out!! I still refuse to accept that I won't be able to reach my goal of squatting 300 lbs for reps by the end of the year. I will get there, slowly I will get there.

Excellent workout today!! SAN's Launch 4350 is really potent stuff!! Focus is amazing with this stuff!! I also felt really strong today. Could it be my TZ+DAA stack kicking in? Maybe, but probably not. Whatever the reason as long as I'm progressing, I'm happy.

Back/Bis
For Back/Biceps, I follow a high rep/low weight, med reps/med weight, and low reps/high weight scheme, but only for the chin ups. I do high reps/low weight 2 back/biceps workouts in a row, then switch to med rep/med weight for 1 workout, then low rep/high weight for 1 workout. Then back to high reps/low weight to repeat the cycle.
Today was med reps/med weight day and my workout went great!! I was able to add reps to my chin ups and weighst to my last and heaviest set on deadlifts!! I feel a little bit stronger these past few days. Placebo or not, I'm liking it!!

03/06/2013 - Chest/Triceps
Great workout today. Reps went up on some of my sets on the one armed db bench. I also decided to start doing bench press. Starting on a low weight, and focusing on form for now. Really liking my progress this past few weeks so far. Most of that can be attributed to SAN's Launch 4350. The focus I get from Launch is crazy good, it makes me concentrate on what I'm doing, making me lift more in the process. I'm close to reaching 12 days on DAA. I do feel a slight strength increase. Only a few weeks ago I could only do 3 reps/75 lbs, today I did 9 reps/75 lbs. Really happy with that!!

Joint force still seems to be anti inflammatory which is counter productive to ArA. I believe the general consensus is dosing Cissus like 8-12 hours apart from your XFA dosage.
Oh and no offense polgas for the money you spent on all these, you probably would have been better off going to the dark side.

Non taken. I actually did that a few years back and still have some left. I went from 165 to 180+/- in weight in 2 months, but lost all of it afterwards since I didn't have the discipline or motivation back then to be consistent with my workouts after my cycle. I also developed slight gyno which I still have, so I'll stick with these for now. Maybe in the future I'll go back. Maybe I'll go on 1 or 2 bicycle rides before having my gyno taken care of.

03/07/2013 - Legs
Decided to decrease my sets on the squats so I don't get too tired when I reach my final and most heaviest set. I think I did great. My knees didn't hurt today (thank you for the tip poison!!) and I was able to add 10 lbs to my squat and my Powertec Leverage Machine squat. I was also able to add lbs to my accessory exercises. Overall a great day!!

Strength went up again this week!! I decided to cut my sets on my one arm DB presses, from 5 to 3 so that I'd have strength left to work on my bench. My goal is to bench 300 lbs for 3-5 reps by the end of the year. Injuries aside, at the rate I'm going, I think I might just reach it.
For the DAA, I've decided to dose it at 3g/day for 2 weeks, then take 3-7 days off, then repeat. I have slight gyno and I've read somewhere that DAA might increase estrogen. I know Triazole is good at controlling estrogen, but I just don't want to risk it.
