    Exclamation BPI A50 Big Hype / Ad. Hoax

    So iv seen alot of ads up for the A50 around bb.com and other sites, Alot of hype around it but alot of people saying negative things about the product. Iv read a good amount of forums on this and it seems like alot of people are putting alot of negativity on this product because of BPI's former products or because of some of the claims.

    So i figured i'd get use a store credit i had and just get it and do a log on it so someone can do a real product log i guess. If its a **** product ill let you know and if its good i guess well see in the pics at the end. Just ordered it, should be here in about 5 days.. going to a military base so well see could take up to 7 days.

    My measurements that i know of are :

    Neck 17in
    Chest 49in
    Shoulders 54in
    Forearm 14in
    Arms 17.5 in
    Im not sure about legs ill check into them tomarrow at the gym. Ill also have before pics and follow along pics along with workout regiments and my basic meal foundation daily...
    Feel free to follow along or give tips on how to run this forum better, im going to try to keep it simple just so we can get some answers about this product.

    BPI a50 came in about 3 days ago just haven't been able to get to my computar. Day one i didn't see much, as i didn't with day 2. My 3rd day i saw that in the gym i had a little bit more energy but still no gains with anything , (size, strenght) then again im also only 3 days in. One thing i can honestly say is my sexual stamina has gone up, that could also be mental but ill keep any i do logged when i can. today i have legs and ill let you know how it goes

    Legs

    Yesterday i did legs day, my energy in the gym was increased, the weight i was lifting was slightly heaver then i can normally lift. Also noticed i was able to do more sets before calling it quits. Today i had to take the day off because it felt like evertime i moved my legs someone was giving me a charlehorse.. to feel sore is one thing to feel pain is another. Better luck on next legs day i guess. Iv been taking in a higher amount of protien a day, 120g a day, along with eating as lean as possible, white meat only and when im taking in red meat im not eating it with any fatty sauces or marinade.

    Chest 23/MAY

    Iv been reading up alot on lean bulking, so instead of going heavy im staying moderate with supersets to get a pump and tear as much as possible without losing muscle.

    New workout schedule :
    Chest & Tricep
    Back & Bicep
    Legs / Calves
    Shoulders (traps / rear delts)
    Arms (superset)


    Chest involved moderate weight trying to keep perfect form,
    Incline Chest Press
    Medial Flys
    Medial Bench Press

    Got a good pump but only got 90% of a good workout

    Back and Bicep

    Today i did back and Bicep,

    workout consisted of :
    Pull ups 3 sets of 15 reps
    Pull Downs 145lb 4 sets of 20 reps (superset)1
    Single Arm Curl 35lb 4 sets of 12 reps (superset)1
    Machine Row
    set 1 : 210lb x 8
    set 2 : 250lb x 8
    set 3 : 290lb x 6
    Machine Pulldown 180lb 3 sets of 8 reps (superset)2
    Barbell Curl 50lbs 3 rests of 20 reps (superset)2
    Cable Front Pulldown 160lb 3 sets of 12 reps (superset)3
    Dumbell Curl 55lb an arm, 3 sets of 8 reps (superset)3
    Dumbell Curl 25lb an arm, 1 set of 30 reps
    Dubbell Curl 20lb an arm, 1 set til failure

    Left with a massive pump, Im starting to feel like im filling out more, along with cutting up. My weights only gone up by a few pounds but for losing fat it seems like im making progress. Im having trouble trying to figure out how to get pics on here, i now you do the [img] but for w/e reason it wont work off of another site such as ******** were i cant bring up the properties... any advice?

    Today i did shoulders and forearms.

    After 2 weeks on this sup i can tell im going to trash it, if anything its more of a fat burner then a test booster .. iv lost muscle, size and strenght on this product.. if your trying to cut up take it if not then dont waste your money
