"Hang Cleans"
Seems like everyone in my college gym has been hang cleaning like this lately.
I'm not even sure what to call it... my form is far from perfect but damn.

That was bad, really bad. I don't even think the kid could squat that, I mean he started from the rack resting the weight on his hips.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't he cleaning a really ****ty "Continental style", like they have to do at the Arnold Classic Strongman with the Axle because it's a fixed bar?

This one's a favorite though it's a couple months old. I believe this is the two-man roundback clean to front squish/upright row. Not really an olympic lift.

I wonder if the strength coaches even see the kids doing this? I would smack them in the face. Coaches that encourage this unsafe form (if you want to call it that) need to be fired.
